This place is why the expression, "don't judge a book by its cover" was invented. From the outside looking in, this place is not impressive. Once your in, still not impressive, in fact, it looks like a dump. The menu is crudely written on the wall and the bathrooms smell like moth balls. There are only six tables cramped in the small restaurant, one cook, and one waitperson.
So you may ask ,"what's so phenomenal about this dive?", "why would she deal with the Peace Bridge traffic and go all the way to Niagara Falls for this place?". Well, I will tell you why. BEST DIM SUM EVER!!!!!!! Actually, best dumplings, best fried rice, best seafood wonton noodle soup, sticky rice, and ginger squid EVER!!!!!
Knowing about and dining here are akin to belonging to an elite club and those of us who have tasted the food and braved the crude exterior take pride in the experience. Perhaps that's why it is the best kept secret in the area.
I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to those of you who are looking for a four star dining experience, but for the rest of you, those of you who are interested in damn good chinese food and dim sum, Sui Sun is worth the drive!!!!!
