Is this the best Subway in the province? I dunno. But it has to be in the top five, for sure.
Any of the times I've eaten here, the service has been very efficient. Which doesn't mean they skimp on the service as some places do. Sure, it may be a little less personal than some other locations. That's made up for the fact that my sandwich is made both quickly and fully. Let me explain. Sometimes the "fast Subways" are fast because the staff barely put any toppings on your sandwich. The time saved is equal to toppings sacrificed. Not here!
Also a great healthy option at the midpoint to my trips to Cape Breton. -

This is the best Subway in the Province.
I say this with great conviction, because the staff here have mastered the all important balance of speedy sub building and maximum taste payout. There will be no idle chit chat or pleasantries, and this might leave something to be desired, but I assure you that feeling will be fleeting as you bite into the tastiest takeout sub that you can personalize.
Recently their breakfast menu has changed from ending at 11am to being served ALL DAY! So if you need a bacon and egg flat bread for supper you need look no further. Being open 24 hours on Friday and Saturday also means that this is a healthy option for late night snackers.
Hot Hint: Make sure you pay attention to the lines, sometimes only one line is for toasted subs and if you're in the wrong one you might miss out.
