I was not impressed with the aesthetic or cleanliness of the office. I found my appointments were very rushed and that I was just another dollar sign. My concerns about my health were not given full attention by the therapist I saw. She seemed to want to be out of the room as soon as possible.
I also had an issue with my billing that was handled poorly by management. The receptionist did all she could and was very helpful, but the Manager was ignorant to my requests.
The one redeeming feature of the place is the staff. The Physio assistants are wonderful young women, most in University working towards some form of medical degree. The afternoon receptionist is very friendly and always greets you with a smile.
I don`t think I would go back there again.
