Last year I went to a 8 different massage therapists and Natasha was by far the best. In fact, she is the only one that I went back to more than once. (I have gone back a half of a dozen times since.) It took awhile but I finally found a great RMT! I can't say enough good things about her. She really knows what she is doing, and you can tell she actually takes pride in her work. I highly recommend Strength and Balance to anyone looking for a quality RMT.

I've been here for massage a couple times now, and I've seen both therapists. The atmosphere isn't ideal if you're looking to relax (they share space with a gym, so you can still hear the noise from there), but the therapists here are much more about having you feel better later. The giant knot in my shoulder didn't stand a chance.
They're open evenings and Saturdays too, which is handy for us 9-5ers.Listed in: Mmmassage...
