My favourite thing about Starbucks' is that their washrooms are usually spotless. If I need to run to the washroom while working I try to hit up a Starbucks and I always make sure I grab something on my way out the door to try and support the chain for the wonderful toilet experience they give me.

Your standard within-a-Chapters Starbucks. Limited seating, but nice busy atmosphere.
I do enjoy Starbucks, however, my least favourite locations are always the ones that are within Chapters. They serve the same drinks and, for the most part, goodies. That being said, seating areas are almost always smaller and you can often find yourself without a place to sit. Especially inconvenient when you're looking to sit and converse with a friend.
If you're already in Chapters and looking to grab a latte while starting a book you have just bought, then I recommend it. If you're just looking for Starbucks, however, I'd suggest driving across the street to the Mapleview location.
