Did you know that this place has some of the BEST customer service?
It's such a convenient location and I've never had a problem here.
The computer guys are epecially good.
The only problem with this location is that it is small, and they don't have the greatest selection compared to the larger locations.
It is still three levels of awesome. -

One of the smallest Staples locations I've been to, this location close to the intersection of Yonge and King Streets serves Toronto's downtown financial sector with their office needs. WIth not a Grand and Toy in site, the store which has three floors offers decent selection of office supplies and printer cartridges. Along with a Canada Post/Purloator outlet and the presence of a loyalty program ("Easy Rewards") this store meets my needs for supplies whenever I am running low.

I am crediting an extra star because, today, a year and a half after the original incident, I returned to the store and spoke directly to a manager, Adam, who gave me store credit on the RAM without issue (after I told him an abridged version of this story). I really appreciate him doing this for me. Although Adam has not convinced me to shop at Staples ever again (or recommend Staples to anyone), he does give me hope that there is one good person in the dozen or so I dealt with.
