Stacey is not only personable, she is creative. She worked tirelessly to make sure all of our paper goods were beautiful and she met with me until we perfected our wedding details. Stacey recommended reliable vendors and really made sure our wedding day was exquisite. We got so many compliments on our invitations and people really enjoyed themselves at our wedding. We managed to stay within our budget, show our guests a nice evening in SF, and have beautiful memories to look back on. Thank you, Stacey!!!!

Stacey was AMAZING to work with!!! She did all of our paper supplies for our wedding: save the date cards, invitations, programs, table markers, name cards, etc. She was very accommodating and she worked within our budget and respected our budget, which was very important to me. We got sooo many compliments on our invitations and had people telling us how unique they were and how much our invitations stood out amongst the 10 others on their refrigerator (we got married at the most popular time of year apparently).
But the real reason for the 5 star review is how incredible she was as our day-of coordinator.
We forgot the marriage license, challah bread, and didn't have enough red wine for the night and Stacey fixed everything. She literally ran to Safeway for us to get what we needed and she calmed me down because I was freaking out about the things we had forgotten (this was 10 min before the ceremony was set to begin!)
She made sure the photographer got every single shot we wanted, she made sure the schedule ran smoothly, she even cleaned up everything at the end of the night and made sure all the overly drunk people got home safely by calling her friend last-minute to hire a towncar to shuttle our guests! (Since we got married at 1 Fort Mason, it was hard to get taxis).
On top of it all she gave my husband and I a ride back to our hotel, I mean this woman is just unbelievable!!!!! Stacey thank you SO MUCH for making the night flawless (or at least making sure nobody noticed the flaws!!!)
She even got the approval of mom and aunt and they are really critical and picky so that is a huge deal!!! Hire Stacey if she is available on your date!!! SHe will not let you down!!! -

I ended up working with Stacey when my wedding date got moved by my venue. The coordinator I initially hired referred Stacey to coordinate our wedding the day of. We really didn't know what to expect but was hopeful that Stacey would be just as good as the gal that we hired.
Fortunate for us, Stacey was even better that what we could have ever hoped for. I didn't have to worry about a single thing except for myself on my wedding day. Stacey made sure that:
-Everything was properly set up
-We followed our time line
-Ushered guests to cocktails and reception
-Wedding party was where they all needed to be at all times
-Gathered Family for Photos and ceremony needs
-Everything was smooth and as planned
She even stayed until the very end even though she didn't need to. I'm very fortunate that Stacey and her assistant were there on my wedding day. They were both great to work with! -

Again - it bears repeating that Stacey is a designing genius. We just got our wedding invitations out in the mail and the complments have been POURING in. I wish I had more to do with the whole process and happily tell everyone how amazing working with Stacey is.
After chatting with my fiance and I for about an hour she immediately understood what we wanted our wedding to feel like and managed to design a truly custom invitation that embodies our personal style. She listened to our ideas and presented us with mock ups of our ideas and a few of her own which we ultimately chose. These invitations have since grown to be part of the art work that we're using on our cake and she is also incorporating it into our thank you and escort cards.
Stacey truly handles everything - which is no small detail considering our guest list changed in number and it seemed that everytime I chatted with someone they had moved. I don't know how she kept it all organized and got the invitations out because my head is still swimming.
She does all this and more with true professionalism and the absolutely BEST positive attitude ever. Stacey is truly a joy to work with and has my highest recommendation.Listed in: Going the chapel and

Great custom invitiations and birth announcements...quality work! affordabe, flexible, fun to work with, and she really catapulted my amateur artwork into something more. Both times now, she has delivered a beautiful, polished product.
I've known about yelp for a few years now, and I always think "oh, I should totally yelp that place." After using Stacey for two announcements (wedding and baby), I've finally gotten around to actually going through the hassle of setting up an account and writing a review.
The Wife and I took some pretty rough sketches to her along with some half-baked ideas about what we wanted. Both times now, I feel like she really did an amazing job at taking our ideas and images, and not just putting them together, but truly adding value with her creative input. -

Stacey and Company produces the most creative, polished, beautiful, custom designed invitations and announcements. I am always amazed at the incredible quality of her work. Stacey seems to be able to capture the feeling of each event and express it with design, color, texture, and the most unique style!
In addition, she is a pleasure to work with...which secures her place in my rolodex for all of my invitation and party planning needs!

I thought that I was the leader of the pack in singing Stacey's praises! We got married about 10 months ago, and hands down Stacey's work with all our paper was the one thing that we have absolutely no regrets about. The quality of her work was evident, her attention to detail and the final product was a culmination of a few words spoken to Stacey that translated into a gorgeous theme. I am a fellow event planner here in the Bay Area who has had the pleasure of working with Stacey many times. Recently, while working a wedding, my appendix flared up. In a panic, I called Stacey to the rescue. Without knowing my couple or anything about the day's plans, Stacey stepped in and took over so that I could rush over to the hospital. After shaking off a bit of my meds from the emergency appendectomy, I checked with the couple to see how everything went. They said they were very pleased with how well Stacey was able to step in as my replacement and keep the event running smoothly. I pulled Stacey's business info out of a back of a magazine - on a whim - and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. She made such a personal effort to incorporate all of my great ideas and make them my reality. As the previous poster's stated, she is amazing at running an idea through an entire event and without making it cheesy or "overkill". We started with an invitation and quickly found the framework for an entire wedding theme. The work we did together on the wedding is still some of my favorite memories of the planning and I am just itching to find another reason to use her fabulous services! Thanks again Stacey!!! :-)

When our wedding plans for our wine country wedding went down the drain, my fiance and i had no idea what to do.I quickly went on the search and put together a local San Francisco Wedding .I found the perfect venue for the ceremony @ The Shakespeare Garden In Golden Gate Park.But after finding the perfect in budget location we still needed rentals and someone that i could trust to put it all together and run smoothly...DRAMA FREE no aunties or mama could take on this task. i needed someone that i knew could handle the challenges without any stress or complaint. So i went on the search on Yelp,and I got the referral from a planner that was overwhelmed and booked for my less than two months away event in August , but she suggested Stacey and Co.
From the first meeting at our ceremony site Joanna and Stacey were ready with ideas and design concept's. They were professional and friendly and helped me stay on time and on budget !!! Best of all they did it all DRAMA AND STRESS FREE!! Stacey and Joanna always were available via email or phone and ready to answer, and handle any and all questions or concerns that arise. The day of the wedding everything we had no worries, we were confident in both Joanna and Stacey! all of the details from the custom sign designed by Stacey to alert Golden Gate park patrons as well as my guest that a private wedding of Sam and Nicole was taking place, to the beautiful mahogany chairs adorned with Succulents and Orchids , it was so subtle and so perfect .
Joanna was on top of everything even when one of our musicians had concerns if his parking meter ran out she quickly dashed over to take care of the issue and back to the ceremony site before anyone noticed.. i actually learned about it just a few weeks ago from the musician himself he raved about how calm she was. Everyone took notice to how she ran the order of the ceremony FLAWLESS!!! and We could not ask for anything more form Stacey & Joanna they did it all!! -

I am very picky and a perfectionist! I wanted someone who would take my very elaborate wedding invitation design and make it WOW! Stacey did just that. She got the colors right, the text right, the fonts, the extra designs and wedding suite right. She is so easy to work with and believe me, this invite went through many, many, drafts, additions, revisions etc :)! Whatever I wanted, she made it happen. She went above the call of duty by making photograph watermarks for me (to put the guest's seating charts on), table markers and menu cards...I could go on and on; but you won't know just how fabulous she is until you book her yourself!

Stacey worked with us on every detail of our wedding invitations and the finished products were absolutely stunning. We found her after not getting any personalized attention at a larger stationary store and were thrilled by the quick responses and attention to detail. She made suggestions and took ours to help us create exactly the invitations we wanted. We also wanted to do them as environmentally friendly as possible and needed them rather quickly. She came through for us in every respect and our guests love them!

Stacey & her staff are amazing!
She coordinated my best friend's wedding, which was no small feat.
They had an outdoor affair where all of the set up, clean up, food & beverage were done by themselves, friends & family.
Stacey & Natalie thought of everything, right down to baskets in the restrooms to help make the guests feel more comfortable.
The event was a success largely due to their coordination, orchestration and attention to detail.

Stacey is an amazing event planner, and was an absolute lifesaver at my wedding last October. I contacted Stacey about a month before the event with a huge to-do list and not enough time to get it done. Stacey was so easy to work with and quickly stepped in to help with all the last-minute details.
Stacey was particularly skilled at taking our half-baked ideas, adding her own creative touch, and producing really beautiful results. She created lovely pathmarkers for the trail leading to our ceremony site, combining our pictures with a short story of our relationship. She also made placecards, table markers, and awesome favors (take-out boxes with candy and popcorn).
As incredible as her work was leading up to the wedding, nothing compares to everything she did on the day of our wedding. Stacey picked up our cake, oversaw the set-up of two different locations (the ceremony and the reception), coordinated the shuttling of our guests, took pictures of our guests for the guestbook, and managed the timing of the whole event. At no time during the day did my husband and I have to deal with the details - we completely trusted Stacey and she executed to perfection. And, she did all of this while also accommodating our tight budget. Looking back, my husband and I can't believe that we almost didn't hire a wedding coordinator, and we feel so lucky that Stacey was there for us. Thanks Stacey! -

I am writing this on my friends' account. I do not usually yelp but I was so disappointed. I wanted other brides to have a warning. Jen from dreams on a dime referred me to Stacey. Stacey wrote me an email and we chatted on the phone. She assured me she could/would help me. She promised to send me a budget, discuss my invitations and send ideas to brighten up a dark venue. The next days she sent a text that her email was down. Fine. Then I email her a few days later. She promises the info-- I never hear from her again. Before I realized she was going to disappear on me, I told other planners that I had found someone since she confirmed that she was available on my wedding day. Very unprofessional and disappointing!! I thought she was going to be a great help. Laura

Stacey helped my husband and I design our wedding invites as well our table markers, escort cards, programs, the works! The first time we met with her we gave her our budget and she worked within that budget to make everything beautiful! She showed us lots of examples and then worked with us to design a custom invite that fit the theme of our wedding. I know some brides that do this stuff themselves, but for someone as busy as I am, and lacking creativity in this department, Stacey was a god-send. She saved me a lot of time and stress. We received so many compliments on our invitations, and everything looked beautiful the day-of. Stacey is professional, easy to work with and understanding about last minute changes. I would highly recommend her services to anyone planning a wedding or special event. Thanks again Stacey!

Stacey is an amazing event planner. Her uncanny ability to take a simple idea and turn it into a full fledged party theme is amazing. She has created the most unique and adorable birthday invitations for my two girls. She then incorporates the overall feel of the invitations into the rest of the party from paper goods to favors to projects for the kids at the birthday party. You cannot go wrong if you choose Stacey to assist you with all your party planning needs.

I used Stacey not only for invitations and other paper goods at my San Francisco wedding, but also as my wedding coordinator. She was EXCELLENT and I would highly recommend her to my friends and family. Not only were my invitations one of a kind and gorgeous, she also kept all 19 members of the wedding party in line, glued a broken shoe together before the ceremony, fixed a lost button on a tux, dealt with a mis-guided limo driver (she won and he came back to get us at the correct time), and best of all, let me not worry about anything and enjoy my day.

I had the honor of working with Stacey on my wedding last month and couldn't have made a better choice. Stacey took care of every little detail and I can't imagine how I would have done it all without her. She designed our save the dates and invites and we got compliments from every one of our guests. Stacey communicated with all our vendors and alleviated most of the stress that comes along with planning one of the most important days of your life. We fell in love with her personality from the minute we met her and knew instantly there was no one else we rather work with. Stacey was always available and even traveled all the way to the city to be with us on all our appointments. She is so good at what she does and has a great repoir with all the vendors she works with. On the day of she was there from start to finish making sure everything went flawlessly! Stacey is your friend, advocate and planner all rolled into one. I will definetly recommend her to everyone and will have her plan my future baby shower, future kids birthday parties-no doubts!
