You'll always get fantastic service from this shop. I buy all my suits from here as they are one of the only stores in town to carry Tiger of Sweden suits. Great price and fantastic quality.

It's not all just formal wear though... you'll be able to find a great mix of causal clothes including t-shirts, jeans and shoes.

Forget the big stores, this quaint one in Kits is where any guy should go to!

I've wandered into this store many times but have not bought anything.  Not that there is anything wrong with it but there was nothing that caught my eye.  Their selection is a bit limited when I compare it to other stores such as Harry Rosen or Holt Renfrew.

They are the only retailer in Vancouver to carry the Tiger brand from Sweden and the sales associates point that out.  Can't say that I am keen on it.  I only like Ben Sherman and Ted Baker that they carry.  The rest is meh to me.

This is a store where you can go for help if you're a guy in need of some real fashion advice. The employees there know their stuff and their brands. The store itself is focused on the business casual with a side of funky. Plenty of stylish button-up shirts, sweaters, jeans, and sports jackets. Not cheap, however, the service matched the prices.

I've recently been shopping around for a birthday present for my guy, and decided to pop in to Staccato the other day to have a look around. I found a great selection of clothing for men, including lots of smart casuals and some really sharp suits, too.

The men at Staccato know how to make you look like a new man. They take that run down, undressable, unmentionable, unnoticeable fashion vagabond who randomly wanders the streets in desperate need of more than one queer eye for his straight ass, and they turn him into a prince. They have that ability to put your body into something more... how can I put this... better than what you have on.
They have suits and shoes to match, but if you're in need of something more casual, they have that too. The best time to shop there is at the end of a season. That's when they have to get rid of some of their old stock to make room for new stock. You'll pay close to wholesale prices for top name gear. And if you're lucky, you may run into a Canuck or even Don Taylor.
They have gentlemen there who actually know a thing or two about fashion. It's not exactly downtown, so you won't be crowded by people wandering in and out from the street.

I went to staccato to get my shirts and suit hemmed for my upcoming wedding. My first impression of the store was good. The front house staff were somewhat helpful. I got my suit jacket altered as well as a dress shirts. When I picked them up, i was pleased with the jacket, however, i thought that the shirt was still a bit too loose. I returned a few days later after realizing that the shirt still needed more alterations.  I brought back the shirt because I wasn't completely satisfied.  The nicely dressed and primped salesman brought out the seamstress from the back house of hell.  The seamstress came out in a oversized, dirty "mickey mouse" sweatshirt with baggy sweatpants. She sported unwashed, bad hair and looked like a disaster. She was very rude when I told her politely that the shirt is still not fitted properly. As she was fitting me with those pins, she told me in a very rude way to not talk and not move as the salesman was talking to me. A few days later they called me to let me know my alterations were ready for pick up. I went there only to find out that it was only half finished. The salesman gave me the shirt and and also realized that it wasn't finished. He brought out the seamstress from hell...again.... wearing the same damn "mickey mouse, baggy sweats". She started grunting and making gestures at the salesman about me as my back was turned. I left and was told to come back in a half hour. I returned in an hour and picked up the shirt. I was greeted politely by the salesman, returned home and realized that my shirt was full of strands of thread and partly stained. My fiance had to pick off each little peice of thread as well as cut the thread ends off. Overall....not going back there. The front of the store with the sales people look good....but whats going on in the back of the store reminds me of Cruella Deville mixed with oscar the Grouch.
