I paid my first visit to the spa on Wednesday. I chose it because I wanted a place close to the subway and close to my office. The spa is softly lit, comfortable and the decor is lovely. I was told they will be renovating soon and that it will look even better. The hostess was genuinely warm and welcoming. I made a last minute appointment and I was taken to the massage room right away.
My 2 hour massage was absolutely perfect. Sunny is a miracle worker! She's friendly, uses the perfect amount of pressure, doesn't chit chat (I hate when I'm trying to relax and the RMT wants to talk the whole time). The 120 minute massage was $125+tax and it was great value. It's a better price than many other spas in Toronto, and, perhaps most importantly, the massage lasted the full 120minutes. I will be returning soon! -

Stay away. There are many other better options out there.
I chose this place out of convenience and what was seemingly the great prices.
I was very wrong. The desk staff was rude. Despite making an appointment I waited past my appointment time and was not provided an orientation at all of the facilities (which was not much - consisted of a dirty washroom and then the massage room).
I made an appointment because it is advertised on the website that you get 10% off if you book 48 hours in advance. So I did. However when I went to make my payment after the massage I was told since I have RMT coverage that the discount doesn't apply (convenient for them how that's not on the website). Note that even though I have RMT coverage I am not 100% covered so I still try to get the best price.
I will never go back and hope this review saves other the time of even thinking about stepping foot into this place. -

I really want to like this place. It's clean, close to work and the ladies are very congenial. However! They just don't do a very thorough job. Ive been twice now, and had two different esthetitcians, and both times Ive had to reach for my tweezers once home as they'd not finished the job. Also, this last time the lady actually tore a wee bit of skin while waxing. *sigh* I don't think I will be back.
