IF YOUR LOOKING FOR PASSPORT PHOTOS (DOWNTOWN) LOOK NO FURTHER!
I was very pleased with the service I received at Speed Photo. I was already sold when I saw that their passport photos were only $8.99! Consider some can cost up to $20, spending $9 on 2 passport photos sounds like a good deal to me.
I went during my lunch break (1pm) and was able to be seen right away. It only took me about 2 minutes to get my pictures taken and they said it would be about a 10 minute wait for my pictures to develop. I went to grab some food from across the street and by the times I was back (no more than 10 minutes) my photos were waiting for me. They gave me a card with my photo ID number on it if I needed to call and get more copies.
Needless to say, this was an excellent choice on getting my passport photos done, and done quickly! -

When looking for a centrally located place that provides quick, cheap, and decent passport, citizenship or visa photos this is the place to stop by. It is quick, convenient and centrally located.
I had a space of about 30 minutes to get proper visa photos taken a while back, and I stopped in here desperate and panting. Can you do it?! I shrieked. Well, I had to wait for the photographer to finish with the family ahead of me, the calm and composed desk person told me, but they would be right with me. Five minutes later, the photographer took me into the back room, let me comb my hair (it gets bigger with anxiety) and took a few sets of pictures until he got ones that he felt were nice.
In all honesty, I appreciate not looking like a crazed mad-eyed woman when foreign governments are considering my application to enter their country. It just seems more effective.
It took about 10 minutes for the pictures to be edited, printed and stamped. And it was cheap too! All told, I spent about 20 minutes in the store and I got my application in with plenty of time. I have a love for Speed Photo because of this. -

For reasonably priced quality Visa, Passport, & Portrait Photos
Speed Photo is a unique icon on 7th Avenue.
Since 1996 I visit Speed Photo for all my needs because I travel a lot to countries which require visas. My husband too is a great fan and is a believer in supporting small businesses. Susan and her husband live up to the name of the studio. The prices are very reasonable. They are competent, and lovable. Location is a great plus. It is just a few doors away from Calgary Transit office. As usual, today we went again for our photos.
