Even though it's a small store, the selection of stuff is great. They really have everything you need, and if it's not in stock, chances are very good they can order it for you!
The staff there are very knowledgeable and friendly.
Whenever I go in there the aquariums are always super clean, the fish are always healthy-looking, and they even make sure to quarantine new fish before selling them, just in case. Even though the reptile section is small they have interesting critters that are well cared for. The small animals and birds always look like they have nice clean cages, too and the store generally smells pretty decent (unlike certain other pet shops in Victoria... blech...) for a pet store.
Their sister store, Safari Pets, is also where it's at for Aquarium stuff! I wish I still lived in Victoria so I could get my fish stuff from these shops!
