This spa is in the basement of the Nouvel Hotel. We decided to check it out since we were staying at the hotel. We tried calling the spa from our room to make an appointment a couple times but the line was busy so we went downstairs to do so in person. We managed to arrange for our spa services using an interesting mix of French and English. I opted for a 60 minute massage and a manicure. The massage was nice but could have been a bit more intensive, IMO. The manicure was great and even after four days still looks perfect. It is a little strange how the place is in the basement. There are no windows and you kind of feel like you are in someone's den or finished basement. They have comfy leather couches where you can watch a big screen tv while your nails dry. My friend noticed, however, that their magazines were from 2004 and the decor is a little weird... random sandals hanging from the wall, etc. I'd definitely go back for a manicure but would skip the massage. Prices were slightly less than what you'd pay in the states. My massage was $60 and manicure $20.
