I would not go back here.
I reveived a gift certificate and used it for a facial. The waiting room is ok- except if you have a massage you have to change into a robe in the ladies change room- then walk back, past th door and reception area, to the waiting room with other people waiting for their appointments!
The room for the facial was not very nice. Flourecent lighting, tattered towels, tall plastic rolling drawers to hold supplies.
The lady that did it was nice- however it was supposed to be an hour and was only 40minutes!!
The front desk gave me a face mask product worth $50 for $35 to 'make up'. But I would not go back there. It's far from the "luxury" spa it's advertised as. -

I would not go back to this 'Spa'. I put that in quotations because it was just a rediculous experience for me. First off, its in the basement, it just felt strange going down into this dungeon of a place. The decor was ...non exsistant....it included tacky Roman looking items placed around the room with sponge painted beige walls.
I went there to get a manicure and a massage. I booked an appointment closer to the end of the day becuase thats when they had time for me.
My massage was not relaxing in the slightest because the lights were not dimmed, it was cold in the room and I was totally uncomfortable the entire time. Now onto the manicure...I was left 'soaking' for way longer than I thought needed. Then she finally came back and proceeded to massage my hands so roughly that I flinched and asked her to please be more gentle. She was annoyed I even spoke apparently. She scraped and buffed my nails until I was flinching once more. By this point I just wanted to leave. She put nail polish on me and stuck my hands under a drying and took off...leaving me sitting there for 45 MINS! She didnt come back until I finally got up and went looking for her. Rediculous!
It was really obvious that they were more interested in gabbing to eachother and getting ready to leave for the day than paying attention to the people PAYING them...
Never will I go back to this place. It was a total rip off and not worth a penny of my money. -

Worst customer service I have experienced. I was quoted $20 for a quick service, so I made an appointment. I got there, waited 25 minutes for a 15 minute procedure, then was told that it would now cost $35, two seconds before the procedure was to begin. The veteran employee admitted she made the mistake, yet wouldn't stick to her quote. I might have been more flexible with her on the price, if she wasn't so condescending. So, I left before getting any services.
Facilities were pretty dingy and unhygienic looking. I am sure the little towel she offered me was used by someone else earlier in the day.
