I haven't been to the spa but I do order from them online as they have such a great selection of brands, such as Jane Iredale. They always ship to me promptly & I even get samples with the things I ordered. Love ordering from these guys.

I came to Spa Boutique with 2 friends as we received free facials from an event we attended. When my friend was trying to book an appointment, she was told we'd have to come in at either 10 am and wait (as we couldn't get facials at the exact same time) or at 4 pm when there was more staff on hand. I didn't like the fact that we had to wait as we would've loved to have gotten the facials at the exact same time. After hearing this, I was a bit skeptical but I was getting a free facial so I couldn't say a word.

When we got there, there were 2 friendly and knowledgeable ladies who walked us through every single thing they were doing and everything they were applying to our faces. The lady that worked on my face explained what each product did and what the benefit of it to me was. Along the way, they were trying to sell the product and reminding us of it to make sure it remained on top of our minds.

The receptionist was also very friendly and knowledgeable. She told my friends about the nail polishes and everything they asked about.

Overall, I like my experience at Spa Boutique. My face felt smooth and regenerated from the line she used (Dermalogica). I wish the establishment was bigger and there were separate, private rooms for each customer. And because we got free facials, all we paid for was the gratuity (which we weren't even sure if we gave the right amount, considering none of us knew how much the facials were).

Would I come back? Possibly. If I didn't have to drive out so far as there are closer spas around me. If I was in the area I would keep it in mind.

The good: lots of products, cozy place with nice and pleasant staff
Not so good: the girl I spoke with mentioned that everyone needs moisturizer which is not true and any derm will tell you that. So take their advice with the grain of salt.

They carry a lot of Jane Iredale so I will definitively be back. Other products they have I am not too interested in.

It was just okay in my opinion. The boutique itself is really quite beautiful. I love the vanity mirrors but the set up was a bit weird, there's just two salon chairs, like you would be getting your hair done and a whole ton of skin care products and nail polishes all around the store. I was expecting to go into there thinking there were private rooms you would get facials done in and beds but it's really out in the open which I didn't like so much. I was also expecting them to do extractions but a lot of what they did I pretty much could probably just do it at home with my own products. There was a woman I spoke to on the phone and I was worried because she didn't seem all that pleasant when I was talking to her but when I got there, there was a really nice younger lady at the reception and then there was another who was older who gave me the facial who was okay as far as customer service but I didn't want to ask her too many questions because she seemed a bit intimidating, or like she wasn't in the best mood or something.  Maybe she was just having an off day otherwise it wasn't bad. I did purchase really cool make-up from them.
