Review from Marc L.

The soups were hit or miss... The Swiss was FANTASTIC. the Lebanese only so-so. The Japanese is really good and so is the Indian. All soups are very filling and most come with a little side (bread and cheese, lots and lots of cheese for the Swiss, for example).
I'm not a fan of bubble tea, but if you are, it's one of the few places in the city that serve it and apparently it's really good.
The decor is fantastic, quirky and gives the place a nice hangout and chill look. -
Review from Geneviève A.

This place is very nice with a quirky, inviting and charming decor. My favorite touches were the beautiful ceiling chandeliers and the seats: benches with a plethora of cushions by the wall and big wooden logs for the rest, it's pretty neat. They easily get 5 stars for the decor.
As the name indicates, this place serves soup, but also tartare (beef, salmon, tuna) and some light appetizers/snacks. I ordered tom yum soup and... I didn't really like it. However, I'm the one to blame for that and not the restaurant. I explain: somehow I thought that tom yum soup is supposed to have a coconut milk taste, but I found out afterward that it doesn't. Also, there was too much cilantro in the soup for my taste, but then again I hear it's normal for tom yum soup. However, they didn't skimp on the shrimps and I appreciated that. My main issue with this place is that the soups aren't filling. There was a lot of broth and nearly not enough noodles. If you're going to serve me a soup that's supposed to be a meal in itself, it's unacceptable that I get hungry a mere hour after I left the restaurant. If Vietnamese pho can make me feel full, then their soups also should.
They have dessert soups (milk chocolate, white chocolate or maple) and bubble tea on the menu that I would like to try. To the best of my knowledge, they might be the only place offering bubble tea in Quebec City.
