I was given some jerky a few months ago and promptly did what I normally do... forgot all about it. It was in my car for a few months, then I discovered it and moved it to my temporary room where again I forgot about it, till today. I had two types: the Wild Pacific Salmon Jerky and the Black Peppered Salmon Jerky. Both were excellent in taste and flavor... as I go on many excursions for photography, I often pack emergency food to snack on... just in case I am sitting somewhere that is decades away from a store. Being dried, this would be perfect for my trips, small and very thin.... to forget about till that day I need a snack. According to the website, other meats are produced too: the traditional beef and pork, even Spicy Szechuan Beef Jerky (no way for me!!!). I'll surely check out a few of the other meats too!!
UPDATE: Just discovered it was given to me while I lived in Oregon!! It was purchased while on a foto trip with a friend to the coast from Eugene! WoW!! That was over three years ago!Listed in: GREAT!! BRavo!!!
