SIMPLY APPALLING.
Was quoted a price over the phone that seemed fair until the cleaner arrived.
No discussions about landings for 26 steps was made over the phone. They had to be added. Seems fair and I agreed; by why no inquiry about them over the phone.
The HST 1/2 rebate promotion could not be given, because of no promo code.
Not mentioned over the phone. How to get one?..."Go on the internet and get one"
Pretty hard to do in an empty apartment. The last kicker was. despite advertising their cleaning method as the best in the business, my carpet needed a degrease at an extra $89.00
By the time he was through, the price jumped 60 %.
Promptly, I threw him out.
