I love this store because it's organizing heaven! They have many pretty items to help organize your kitchen cabinets and drawers, your bathroom, your desk, your closet.

I have been wanting to visit Solutions for awhile to get organized! While in the Yonge & Eglinton area this week, we decided to stop in to check it out. Solutions is an organizer dream, anything you can think of to better streamline and declutter your work and living spaces, they have it. This location has two floors of items for your organizing needs.
The staff is super helpful, they offered us some products based on our needs without any salesy pressuring tactics.
From a price point, it is a little bit on the higher side but it is expected for being a speciality store. You have the convenience as well of all the organizing items you need under one roof!

All I have to say is this place is an organizers paradise. I can spend hours in here dreaming up all the different ways to organize my closet, kitchen, bathroom, dresser, living room, bookshelves...you name it.
The sales staff is also extremely helpful and are not afraid to direct you somewhere else if for some bazar, off chance, once in a blue moon reason they don't have exactly what you are looking for.
It is a little pricier then say walmart for the more basic stuff like hanger - but on the flip side you are supporting a local canadian business so it's justifiable.
Anyway - extremely convenient place to have in the neighbourhood - especially having moved into a new apt. -

If you are a voracious fan of Real Simple magazine, Martha Stewart Living or any of those home improvement shows on HGTV that prescribe colour-coded labels and matching hat boxes with grosgrain ribbon trim and silk lining as a remedy to the organizational woes in your life, Solutions is the solution (har) for you!
When you first walk in you're greeted with a volume of STUFF that is practically inconceivable. Boxes and tubs in every size imaginable. Yes, you know you came looking for hangers, but do you want birch wood? Beech? Mahogany? Teal? What about skirt clips? Or vulcanized rubber grips and sliders? Will it be a pack of 5, 10 or 20?
Then there's the aisles upon aisles of little boxes - one entire aisle devoted to JEWELLERY ORGANIZATION - with earring holders, necklace trees and little swivel containers for all your bangles and baubles. There are yet more aisles devoted to CD organization, makeup sorting, gift wrap and decor, coat hooks, key rings, shower caddies, etc. You get the picture. By this point your eyes will be bulging out of your head like that girl in the Northern Pikes video ("She Ain't Pretty").
If you head downstairs there's bigger stuff like microwave carts, closet organization (including a walk-in closet area that shows you the various shelving options), coat stands, photo boxes and bookcases.
The stairs between the first and lower floor aren't particularly well kept, but otherwise the store is a mecca of organization and order. It's a good idea to know what you're in the market for before going, or you'll come home with way more stuff than you could possibly need, and a bulging credit card bill and disapproving boyfriend/SO to go along with it.Listed in: Home Decor 101

Solutions feels like a smaller version of the Container Store in the US. I recognized many of the same brands and styles, but organized into a much smaller and tightly organized space.
I would definitely stop by more often if I actually lived in Toronto. However, on this visit, I couldn't fit any of the items I considered into my suitcase. -

Oh boy this place really IS miraculous!!!!
Organization for cupboards, showers, dressers, kitchens, baths, recycling, drawers....oh MY!
This place was heaven! I had just moved, and needed a number of "solutions" for my organizational conundrums. This place had it all and then some!!! They carry brands like Sunbeam, Simplehuman, and Umbra....storage doesn't have to be ugly! -

This is one of my fave stores. I'm a neat freak so when I come here I wish I could get everything! LOL. I was just here this weekend & realized I hadn't yet written a review, so here I am. This place is a great place to get containers for anything you want to organize: your closet, bathroom, jewellry, shoes, desk, etc. I find things can be a tad pricey in here & the aisles are tiny because they're jam packed into the small floor space. But you can find things here you might not find elsewhere. Great place!

There is so much stuff in here! When I first moved to Toronto a few months ago, I stopped in here for some new-apartment-necessities (a shower caddy, a a dishrack, some storage things). I was worried I would have to shop around at a few different stores to find what I needed. Not so much - they have everything here - and I like that they have a variety of lines so if you need, for example, a really cheap simple shower caddy, they have that, but if you need a fancy expensive one, they have that too.

I kind of love this place. It is amazing how much time and money you can spend on organizing your closet (or any other area). This place has it all, and the store is very organized. Which I suppose should be expected.
