Solis is an example of the boutique-style holistic health care facilities that are cropping up. They offer therapeutic and active release massage or ART, salt scrubs, stone therapy, Thai massage, which is based in the yoga tradition and more.
They have an in-house naturopathic doctor, an acupuncturist and extensive foot care, cleansing and detox services. To top it all off, they have a small yoga studio in their space offering preregistered classes. Wow! Theyâve got their bases covered.
They also have a mini-store with spa stuff, yoga sandals, cleansing kits, information and resources. Oh yeah, and they have infrared saunas on-site and pedicures. Pamper your body, mind and soul and never leave their place of business. Itâs impressive.
