I've been a member of Sol Exotica Church & Shuter location since 2008. I've always experienced excellent and friendly service from all the staff there including Lisa and Billy. The tanning beds are immaculately clean, and there are always towels. Because it's grown in popularity (and also vacation season) it's a good idea to make an appointment since they are busy.

Clean yes. Staff on commission so pushy especially the owners. They will hound you. They never change the bulbs. No wonder people tan unlimited and never get a tan. And it's always busy. Almost impossible to get in without an appointment I got pressured into buying a membership which was a big regret. What a waste of money and locked into a contract. These people should work for Rogers lol they also made me buy an expensive lotion and then asked me everything I came if I wanted to buy more. And very very high turnover with their staff. Every time I go in there, there's a new employee because someone quit. Hmmmm

I had the hydro therapy and steam capsule here follwed by spray tan..
awesome services, Lisa is very knowledgeable with every machine and services provided.. fantastic place.. tanned and toned skin while relaxing! -

Service was fine until I went to cancel.
I was not given proper forms by the employee I spoke to and now my credit card is still being charged. The franchise operator regurgitated their policy to me and let me know that all of their employees are certainly trained in all the cancellation procedures and paper work (clearly not). The franchise operator was kind enough to explain all these things to me but failed to remedy the situation and refiled my cancellation with me being charged for additional months.
I would not recommend the service they provide at all. All the adequate months will not make up for the additional billing periods.
