Dawn and Noah and their little girl are wonderful! They always remember us and are so helpful with my big Bernese Cody. There have been a few times when I have called and it's within a half hour of closing and I have been met with smiles and a "No worries and don't rush" attitude (even though I felt bad on those late occasions!). They have an assortment of products and whatever you might want and don't see, they'll gladly see if they can order it in for you. The dog washing area is always immaculate and the wide selection of shampoos/conditioners and unlimited towels are a wonderful. Thank God for Soggie Dog!!!

I bought a Meteor Light glowing dog ball from them two weeks ago for night ball play since it gets dark @ 4:30. The battery died after two weeks. I emailed and the owner contacted me back the same day asking me to bring it back and he will replace the batteries for me free of charge. I brought it in and he did exactly as he said he would do without any reservations. He didn't even look at my bill. I'm very happy with that level of service and I would recommend this store to any pet owner.

Great service and good selection. The owners always remember me, and even deliver the giant bags of dog food to be my door. You can't beat that. It's the service that keeps me going to the local pet store, instead of some big box.
