I was chosen to accompany my mother to buy new "occasional furniture." Since I didn't know what this was, I was very glad for the help of the friendly sales staff at Sofa So Good. They knew term and were able to show my mother a wide range of coffee tables and side tables and other various apparatus to hold my mother's cups of tea and books.
In addition to being helpful, they actually had what she was looking for, thus ending my furniture shopping outing early -- a big bonus. And they carefully packaged the stuff up, and allowed her to pick it up the next day on her way out of town. They even indulged her when she bargained with them and cut her a deal since she was buying a few pieces.
Overall, a fantastic shopping experience, and some pretty chic new glass and brushed chrome tables, too. -

Catchy name, but the designs and prices are a challenge to appreciate.
If I was 65+ and in need of a new sofa I might consider it. Although I respect that most of their stuff is made in Canada, they all looked pretty lame and dated.
But if your granny or gramps hates Ikea, bring 'em here. -

Methinks this place should change their name to Sofa so Bad...it's totally generic...the selection is completely void of style or originality...I may even dare to say that some place like the Sears would have better option..oh that's right..I said Sears....I was looking around for at least 10 mins and not one person spoke to me..they did however glare at me..'cause nothing says "buy a sofa from me" like a look of disdain...
There are SOOOOO many good place on South Granville to buy a sofa...save yourself..and your eyes...the torture and go to like Urban Barn or EQ3...Listed in: Just Skip It

The sofas here are built to last. They are locally made and hand-crafted. Having said that their prices are quite hefty - be prepared to shell out ALOT of dough to buy a sofa here if it's not one of their floor models. All their sofas are crafted when ordered, so you can change almost anything you want on the sofa to suit your needs. Their style of sofa ranges from contemporary to classic.
Their sofas are nice, but I walked to Urban Barn nearby and I find their sofas closer to my price range. -

Sofa So Good carries a selection of sofas, of course, along with many other pieces to cosy up your home. There are some comfortable chairs, ottomans, living room tables as well as some really nice looking lamps. The price range here is similar to other stores in the neighbourhood, which is to say that it isn't cheap, but neither did I find it to be exorbitant. They also do custom jobs for furniture, so if you don't see what you're looking for, just ask and they might be able to make it up for you.
