Went here the other day to buy my older daughter the next car seat up, called ahead to make sure they had the model that I wanted with in the right color. Their direct number on the website just puts you straight to a voice mail that tells you to leave a message and they will call back. But if you call their 1800 number it will connect you to a live person in the store.
Upon walking in, it's a fairly big store focused mainly on the infant/baby supplies. They have a couple of toys right at the front, lots of cribs and strollers and car seats. Right in front of the cash they have a Thomas the Train table for the kids to play with.
As for the staff I can't say much to their knowledge level since I called ahead and asked them to put aside the car seat I wanted, I walked in paid and that's about it.
But I liked the feel of the store, they also have a great website with free shipping where they also have a lot of sales.
