Conveniently located right by Broadview Station, this place carries an amazing array of natural, holistic and healthy foods for pets. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, animal health-oriented and friendly. Great prices - the one food I used to buy was 10$ cheaper here than at Global, and they have a reward program - buy like 12 bags of food (I forget the exact number) and get the next free. They'll also order something in for you if they don't have it in stock.
They know about animal nutrition and about where their products come from. When the food i used to buy got bought over by Procter and Gamble, they stopped carrying it, as P&G tests on animals and is known for putting crap in their pet food, and recommended foods that were from small Canadian companies.Comment from Keiley A. of Small Wonders Pets 12/17/2011

After adopting an awesome dog I wanted to make sure I got her some awesome toys and snacks.
I came to small wonders on a recommendation of a friend and they were great. I spoke with one of the staff and they recommended I get a smoked cow hoof, not he most appetizing thing for a person but my dog LOVES it, its now her favourite chew toy.
The place has a great, funky selection and decent prices. -

A great selection of natural and holistic foods and products for your animal friends. The staff are knowledgeable and can help you find what you are looking for. It's close to Broadview station.
I like that they carry the natural Earth Bath line from San Francisco, because I don't like the idea of dunking my cats in chemical laden bath products. Plus, they smell great afterwards. Yes, I bathe my cats.
This isn't one of those mall pet shops where they sell puppies from puppy mills, small rodents, tropical birds and other live animals that are bought impulse.

Excellent selection of top quality products and super premium holistic animal food. Small Wonders offers so many unique and one-of-a-kind items for purchase.
Extremely knowledgeable staff will help you selecting the best food fit for your animals. Small Wonders is my only choice in the City of Toronto for the ultimate pet supply store. When I walk in here, I feel whimsical. Maybe it's the decor on the outside, I'm not sure.
My first few visits here, I got my kitten essentials like wellness foods, holistic treats and scratch box. The guy at the counter (I think one of the owners) started giving me really good advice as a new cat owner:
- watch the kitty when he wakes up and he walks a neurotic path the same one over and over. put the scratch box in his path
- if you want kitty to drink more water, put water bowls not in his usual spot
I remembered all this advice, and I think it really helped. I really appreciate that!

Meet the Business Owner: Keiley F.
Keiley brings 25 years plus of experience in all aspects of the Pet Industry. She helped to pioneer a more natural approach to animal nutrition and care, well before it became popular. Originally as a specialist in dog behaviour, her passion for education brought her to wear many hats, including but not limited to: a Director at the Ontario SPCA, a consultant for governments and organizations regarding animal welfare and behaviour, a key-note speaker, a Rescue leader, and a liaison between pet owners and their pets.
