Espresso rubbed cedar wrapped tenderloin. OMG!! If you love steak and have no teeth, you must go to Sims. It was the most tender, juicy, delectable piece of heavenly beef I have ever tasted. Of course, if you have teeth, you will love it too, it's just not necessary. I had oysters to start and they were fresh and clean and scrumptious. The service was outstanding, the atmosphere at Sims is warm and inviting. Wine selection is excellent. I honestly don't know what anyone else had at the table or I would share that info...I looked down and when I looked up again, my steak was gone and everyone was sitting with huge satisfied grins. Wow, it was spectacular.

steamed mussels to start followed up by the steel pan for 2. The steel pan had duck, a 14 oz rib eye, 4 big scallops, 2 large shrimp along with with garlic mash and fresh wax beans. A Very nice combination and everything was quite tasty!
Service was great!
Sim's menu is quite pricey, however it also quite good so it's hard to say if it's worth it, feels right on the edge to me (entree prices are around 35-40, some going up as high as 70). -

Extremely good meal.
We had the peppered steak and the manhattan steak after the shrimp & scallop brushetta.
Really good service too.
