I must admit, I've never actually eaten the food from here. I ordered food from Simon Sez. I wanted to eat it. But, after the unreasonable delay in delivery and several phone calls trying to figure out where my food might be, I received the wrong food in a non-edible state.
They've been completely uncooperative trying to resolve the issue and I, to this day, have a $60 charge on my credit card for food I wouldn't even give the dog. -

Awful, awful, awful. Don't go here, and don't order from here. Check the reviews on the other review sites, such as CitySearch and InsiderPages - this place is horrid.
They took two hours to deliver, delivered the wrong things, and lied to us on the phone THREE TIMES when we called to ask for our food. The man who answered the restaurant phone told us that he wasn't in the restaurant (?) and then pretended to be someone else.
When it finally came the order was so wrong, and the food so obviously past edible, we had to throw it out and go get a slice from the local place. We're still working to dispute the charges to the credit card, which they are, of course, not cooperating on.
Note also that the other reviewer for this restaurant has reviewed only this restaurant.
