I needed a large convention banner printed on a tight timeline, and Mat at Signmaster told me they could do it at an affordable cost. He printed my banner without showing me a proof first, and the banner came out in a heavy red hue rather than the clear, crisp image that I sent to them. I needed the banner immediately, so I paid the $120. I called back afterwards to ask why it was printed off-colour, and he blamed my file rather than his software or printer. Mat agreed to reprint it for me, but wouldn't call back after I left messages and didn't respond to my emails. I went there personally and tried working with another one of their staff to find a solution to the problem. Ray and I found my image files to be the proper high resolution, but their software was still unable to print it properly. He couldn't figure out a solution, so he told me to talk to Mat and get a refund (because Mat has the authority to do so in the company, which Ray does not).
After Mat attempted to reprint my file unsuccessfully he told me that he would not refund me nor would he attemp to reprint any proofs again. He basically told me to get lost. Now I have a poorly printed banner and I'm out $120. I would not recommend going there because Mat clearly does not care if you receive a quality product, he just wants your money. There are many other printing companies in Vancouver that actually care if their customers get the quality that they ask for. -

Alway produces great result at affordable rates. They also handle rush jobs well and will go above and beyond to satisfy the customer.
