It was packed when I got there on a Sunday morning, and for a moment I thought of going to IHOP instead of waiting here.  I'm glad I didn't.  The charming rustic decor might not be my personal favorite, but it was authentic and refreshing compared to the corporate chain restaurants' attempts at the same.

The hostess and waitress were extremely friendly and efficient - top notch here.

I wanted to eat something hearty but healthy, and the Cobb salad omelet hit the spot.  A good idea executed well.  Instead of home fries they offered sliced tomatoes which were simple but great - that was something I would not have thought to ask for.  My finacee had a pancakes combo.  The pancakes were pancakes, but the bacon was excellent.

For the location, which is a bit bizarre, but appropriate for Amgen, its good. Like others have said, it's better than iHop and Denny's, but not the absolute best around.
I ordered a breakfast burrito as that's my favorite meal when I'm starving. The fact that they put Ortega Chiles inside the burrito was a major plus, but other than that it was pretty average. My friend ordered his eggs basted and toast, and he enjoyed it, but that's totally not my style...eww...Haha
The staff was very nice and smiling, which is big in my book! One thing I must say however, being it was my first time here, it took us a while to figure out we had to pay up front at the "register." We had just thrown a credit card down on the bill and was expecting it to be picked up, so we say for an extra 15 minutes before we realized it. Maybe remind customers to pay up front. Thanks!
I'll be back here when I'm in the area!

I've heard about this place a few times from some of my family, and I finally decided to try it today. So here goes...

The decor - I'm not a fan of the grandma's country kitchen/tacky/stuffy house thing. Wasn't a fan of the likely unintentional, mismatched chairs, or the McDonald's color paint motif... mmmm ketchup and mustard covered walls. Terrible.

The service - Our hostess, or the lady that turned around and seemed bothered by our presence, was, well, not the friendliest. Our server (Nicole maybe?) was significantly nicer than the hostess and I have no complaints about her (perhaps where the 2 stars instead on 1 came in.)

The food - Everything about it was pretty bad. I got the breakfast burrito which was bland and just extremely mediocre. The house fries looked really good, unfortunately my initial impression upon tasting them was, horse stable. Yep, not sure how to describe it other than it tasted like the way a horse stable smells. My sister got a fried egg which she said wasn't seasoned, hash browns which looked disgusting and she didn't like them, and biscuits with gravy. She didn't like that either and when she asked if I wanted to try it, I said no as I don't think cat vomit would taste very good.

Not sure why people would continue to come here. Maybe the pancakes or waffles are amazing? I don't know, but I'd prefer to assume they aren't and just go somewhere else.

I am hardly a complainer but this place needs one, the quality of the food was low to medium which is not a big deal. The issue I have with this place is the attitude of I guess the owners, specially the younger lady, she acts like that she is doing a favor serving the customers

My husband and I meandered in here on a leisurely Sunday morning for some good old fashioned breakfast.  The waitresses were very friendly and we were seated right away (the place was nearly empty, which I found strange for a breakfast place on a Sunday).  This place is a bit off the beaten path, but they have a bright sign with balloons that will direct you to the right place!

I had eggs, potatoes, turkey sausage, and toast.  All was good, but nothing exciting about it.  The sausage was sad...I know it was turkey sausage, but it just doesn't have to be like this!  The potatoes were great; I gobbled them right up!  My husband had some sort of corn beef hash with fried eggs and hash browns.  He shared a similar feeling of mediocrity, but everything was satisfactory and got the job done.

Their menu is vast, and encompasses just about any type of traditional food you'd like to eat for breakfast.  I think I may try some waffles or French toast next time!

We have lived in Newbury Park for over 25 years and yet just tried the Side Street Cafe for the first time this morning.  What fools for not trying it sooner!  On the positive side, we get to spend the next umpteen weeks/months trying everything on the menu!  My husband had a hankering for waffles and we didn't want to go to Harolds so I looked up on Yelp, and lo and behold, Side Street showed up.  Hubby ordered the waffle combo and was very pleased with what he got.  The waffle was fluffy and tasty and the eggs cooked perflectly.  I ordered the Side Street Scramble which is scrambled eggs, chorizo, spinach, and mushrooms.  It was absolutely delicious and the serving size plentifulI.  Service was excellent and even though the parking lot of busy, we got seated right away.  We will definitely enjoy going back here again and again.

I reserve my 5th star for future visits!

I really want to like this place. With its cheerful interior and friendly wait staff, I keep coming back.

The food, though, is a bit hit-and-miss.

The corned beef hash is heavy on corned beef and almost non-existent in terms of hash. And the corned beef is a little too salty. While not horrible, this rendition of this dish is definitely below average versus what you can get at other area restaurants. The eggs, however were prepared very well.

The eggs benedict consisted of perfectly executed eggs on a crisp english muffin. Unfortunately, they were drenched in so much hollandaise sauce that you couldn't really taste any of the other ingredients. This dish would have been so much better if the sauce had been used to highlight the dish rather than cover it up.

The breakfast potatoes were inedible with a strange chemical taste to them as if they came from a plastic bag of frozen potatoes nuked in the microwave such that the plastic leeched into the potatoes. The diner sitting next to me had ordered the hash browns, which looked like the type of hashbrowns that you get in the freezer section at Ralph's.

Bottom line, while some food items are prepared quite well, they are offset by other items on your dish that are downright unpleasant. If the owners can get these annoying little kinks worked out, this place has the potential to be truly great.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this place!  The owners started being a little nicer to me once I think they recognized me a bit.  The last time I went in there, I had a major craving for the scrambler I'd had sometime last year.  I told one of the owners about it, and she got the cooks to whip up something similar, since they didn't have one or two of the ingredients.  Delicious!  When I get bacon, I get it extra crispy, and it's some of the best bacon I've ever had!

They often have waffle specials that are freakin' awesome, but I'm hooked on the scramblers!

Charming surprise.  Love when you find a whole in the wall, mom and pop shop in a random place - an industrial park - and it turns out to be pretty dang good.

I had their special of the day - California Benedict!  Hash browns, topped with egg, bacon, avocado and hollandaise sauce.  NO english muffin.  Crazy, right?  But OH so good.  See, the hash browns were SUPER DUPER CRISPY - like none I've ever had.  It's as if they took hash browns and threw them into a deep fryer then topped it off with goodness.  I agree that they do add a bit too much hollandaise but I loved it.

Friends ordered huevos rancheros (had a flour tortilla base that covered the whole plate) and waffles.

Service was great.  Place was homey and clean and ample parking.

Only thing, just a little too pricey considering you can get good eats at Eggs N Things about 10 miles away.

I will definitely return to check out their other breakfast and lunch items.

This place is super tucked away, even if you had directions it be hard to find this place. I got put onto this place by an Amgen employee, since this spot is right near the campus. It's only open for breakfast and lunch, 7 days a week so that speaks highly of this type of joint.

Ok...that first entry was written before I got my plate. I ordered the huevos rancheros per recommendation of the server. It was ehhhhh. I've had way better huevos rancheros than this one sad to day, I was very excited about the menu. My cousin who I was with has the biscuits and gravy and he also wasn't as happy with his meal.

Might not come back here again but it didn't hurt someone else picked up the tab

Tucked away in a commercial/industrial neighborhood of Newbury Park, this cafe if quaint, cozy and is hard not to like.  Service is prompt, friendly, but not pretentious.

The menu is a good size, easy to read, and offers something for everyone. I particularly liked their "not so hungry" section (or something like that) - although this morning, I was very hungry.

I ordered the Crabcake Benedict (with fond memories of my lump crab cake Benedict that I make for special occasions).  My husband ordered the Biker Benedict (biscuits, sausage gravy, poached eggs and sausage patties).  Food arrived fairly promptly despite the bustle of business.  Presentation was neat and nice.

Unfortunately, my Crabcake Benedict was over-seasoned.  The crab cake itself was quite seasoned and salty - add on a lemony Hollandaise with a generous dashing of paprika and it was just too much.  The concept was on target, but a heavy hand did it in.  I cut them a little slack because I tend to over-season my mixed foods too - you never can tell how much you've put in when you mix in ground ingredients. Also, the crab cake has a LOT of breadcrumbs, not a lot of seafood-yummy crab.  I would not get this again.

As for the Biker Benedict - this was a surprisingly well-conceptualized and executed dish.  Not over-seasoned, the biscuit, combined with the sausage patty, yolky egg and sausage gravy were delectable.  I had food envy - of my hubby's choice.  Home fries and hashbrowns - meh.  Particularly the home fries - quite mediocre.  But not that greasy and more attention to flavor and ingredients than most breakfast joints in the area.

All in all, nice hidden cafe - worth checking out.

I love hollandaise. I really do. I love it even more when it's flowing over a toasted English muffin, strips of crunchy bacon and poached eggs as in Eggs Benedict.

This weekend I came to the Cafe with a big group of friends who come here all the time. I mentioned I was a fan of Eggs Benedict and they told me I just had to get one of their offerings. "The hollandaise is to die for!" I just didn't know they meant that literally...

I don't know what happened, but it was inedible. The eggs, muffin and bacon were cooked perfectly, but the sauce was so salty I couldn't even eat it. I thought perhaps it was the bacon, but I tasted the sauce alone and it was definitely the sauce. Due to the great reviews on here and the great reviews my friends gave, I think someone must have accidentally dropped a burlap sack full of salt into the pot of hollandaise. :(

Everyone else enjoyed their food. One friend got the banana walnut pancakes and the bite I snuck from her was delicious!

The service was pretty efficient even though it was very busy. We had to ask for creamer about 3 times, but they were good about keeping our water and coffee refilled.

All in all, my experience was unsatisfying at best. If I'm ever in again I'll definitely steer clear of the hollandaise or at least ask to taste the current batch on the side before drenching my plate with it!

Went there this morning and all 4 dishes were gross.  Sunny side up eggs were undercooked (runny) and not seasoned at all.  Sent them back and got another unseasoned dish.  friends got a breakfast burrito that was also unseasoned, except for having too much onion.  The potatoes were cooked in a dirty pan because they were not burnt but they tasted burnt and had small burnt bits mixed in.  Also got biscuits and gravy.  Looked like dog food in a white sauce. It tasted like it too.  Never again will we go to this nasty place.

Okay this place gets THREE stars.  Do I recommend this place? That depends on your answer of the following question: Do you love hollandaise sauce more than sex?

Yeah, so don't go out of your way to eat here unless you want to try a pretty good homemade hollandaise on top of seven varieties of eggs benedict.  And when I mean out of your way, there is no way that Side Street Cafe can be ON your way.

Located in a commercial park past all the AMGEN buildings, this place can only be found by those wishing to find it.

I got the Traditional Eggs Benedict ($8.95) with fruit.  When my order came, I couldn't find the eggs benedict underneath the mound of sauce.  My first bite of the thing was a positive vibe.  Gooey perfectly poached egg, salty ham (yes ham, not Canadian bacon), english muffin, and ridiculous amounts of buttery hollandaise made me think, "I'm going to love this."

It got old by the third bite.

First of all, ham is not a good choice for eggs benedict.  The briney cure of the ham (which is much stronger than your common Canadian bacon) cuts through all other flavors, and when the ham taste passes you, you get socked in the face with hollandaise.

Don't get me wrong. I love hollandaise sauce. Apparently however, I don't love hollandaise sauce as much as Side Street Cafe loves their own hollandaise sauce.

My girlfriend got the California Dreamer omelet (bacon, tomato, guacamole, cheddar, jack) and she said it was good, but she had a hard time finishing it.

The service? Very friendly and fast.

If you work at AMGEN, you could add this to your rotation of places to eat.  But if you don't work in the area, there's no need to go here.  Their hollandaise is good, but sometimes you gotta know when too much is too much.

This is one of my favorite breakfast places EVER! Side street is a little difficult to find if you're not native to Newbury Park. It's tucked in the middle of Newbury's industrial neighborhood, which makes it great for lunch if you work in the hood.
This restaurant has such a nice family feel to it. The decor is rustic and adorable, and the food is absolutely to die for. I have a hard time straying from the strawberry french toast....maybe one of these days.
The staff is sweet (what up robin!?) but they're only open until 2. So if you're like me and sleep in till noon, make sure you try to plan a trip at least a day in advance.

    One word sums it up....
    Meh.

Let me start this by stating that I firmly believe in second chances.
I have been here twice now and have only ordered lunch. The first time I placed my order over the phone for pick up. When I went back to work to eat, the soup was not the one I ordered. When I called them to let them know, the girl was nice enough about it and offered to buy me a soup on my next visit, but I told her she didn't need to do that. The gesture from her was enough to get me back in for my second chance with them.

Today I ordered soup and a sandwich straight from the menu, nothing fancy, no special order. I ordered the Veggie sandwich and they failed to put on two of the five ingredients...avocado and sprouts. It isn't a veggie sandwich now, in fact it kind of isn't even a sandwich anymore.

But hey, at least they got the soup right this time.

Look for the Cafe near the Side of the Street.  So exciting when I first spotted it... sort of like the feeling I'd get after discovering a secret entrance while playing Legend of Zelda on the original Nintendo.
What sort of treasures could be inside?

Well, I tell you... lots of la familias getting dosages of breakfast energy for their big days out at the nearby Target, Home Depot... and maybe a drive ALL the way to Westlake Village for the Bed, Bath and Beyond... IF, and I don't know, IF they'll be able to find the time.

If whining, snot-nosed munchkins in softball uniforms ain't in tow, then maybe you could saddle up to the diner bar, where the conversation can get a tad more surly and colorful.  And if you're not participating, then the gorgeous waitresses will get you hopped up with plenty of coffee refills so that you won't be stuck in neutral when it comes to talking.

Speaking of these beauties... I make a real effort to kick my one-night-stands out of the sack before dawn so that I can enjoy breakfast near these angels instead.  The food is ok, but they're what keeps me coming back.  I'd be willing to exchange hollandaise sauce with each and every one of them, anytime.  Multiple times.  What?

Also, they serve lunch, but you're lame if you're not going there for breakfast.

We came here for breakfast, although they do lunch until 2:00 PM seven days a week. I had the almond granola pancakes, and was very impressed by the taste -- judging it as the sort of healthy item it is. It had a sort of hearty, complicated goodness. The potatoes that came with my brother-in-law's omelet looked really good, but tasted much less so when I tried -- just sort of average.

It has a nice location, albeit hard-to-find unless you know Amgen territory and can take Teller to Lawrence. This is sort of a benefit, though, because it makes it nice and quiet without problems getting a table.

It is a little weird, though, that they've been posting signs around town about their $5.99 breakfast/lunch specials Monday-Friday (including one right outside the place) but when I went there wasn't a single thing listed at that price on the specials board. (They were mainly about $11-$12.) I even asked specifically about it and got directed to the same board, which is a little sketchy.

Not a bad breakfast spot.  The service is great and the biscuits and gravy are good.

My only complaint was the Eggs Benedict.  Most of us had it at the table and the ham was SOOOOOO salty, it tasted like a horses' salt lick.  It's too bad because the Hollandaise sauce is to die for.  We were all bummed that the ham spoiled the dish.

Most folks come here for breakfast items, regardless of what time they visit.  I always order the "Side St. Scramble Benedict," then substitute the hash browns for fresh fruit instead.

You will either love or hate the hollandaise sauce that tops their eggs benedict.  I happen to be in the "love it" group.  Typical hollandaise is lemony and slightly runny.  I never liked this sauce until my beau convinced me to try it here a few years ago; now I love it, but only from here.  Side Street hollandaise is not lemony at all.  It is SUPER buttery and rich; must just be butter + egg yolks.  Definitely not something to have every day, but it's a yummy artery-clogging treat to have once in a while.  Also, portion is large enough to share.

Service is sometimes personable, sometimes not.  Plus side is that the food consistently comes out relatively quickly, regardless of how friendly or not the server or cashier is.

Location is odd.  It's in an industrial park.  For lunchtime, follow the stream of cars coming from Amgen.  There's a sign posted right by the entrance to the industrial park parking lot now, so it's not so easy to miss the driveway anymore.

This is a hard to find, place, stuck back in an industrial park behind Amgen in TO/Newbury Park.  It's a favorite of locals and semi-local Amgenites.
I think the breakfast and the service (servers) are the reasons to go here.  They have fluffy pancakes.  You can get them with berries or bananas and nuts.  The almond granola pancakes are also very good.  They do cover with with whipped cream (be warned) and butter.  The syrup isn't real maple syrup (so hard to find anymore), but it is still tasty nonetheless.  The waffles are light crisp, belgian style.  The chicken fried steak is also a good choice, but considering the fat content, it probably shouldn't be ordered more than once per year, and you probably won't eat again for three days since it comes with gravy, biscuit, and eggs.

Who would have ever thought that one of the best breakfast and lunch  places in town would be in an industrial park?  Side Street is terrific.  Everything we've tried on the menu is outstanding.  Fresh, tasty and quick.  The tuna avocado melt is the best with their thin crispy fries or potato salad--you can't miss.

This is only half a review as I don't think that what I ate here does the place justice.  My coworkers and I just had lunch here and if it was anything, it was FAST.  We put in our orders for 8 people and within 3 minutes the food started coming out of the kitchen.  Wow!

This place serves breakfast all day including some mexican dishes like chorizo and eggs.  They also have sandwiches and burgers for lunch.  Pretty simple.  I had a BLT and it was pretty good although I generally like my bacon to be really crispy and this was more thick and chewy.  Still, it was good and the fries (similar to McDonald's) are super yummy.

I don't think you can go wrong here so if you are interested in the breakfast/sandwich/burger thing, definitely stop in.  I think I will have the chorizo and eggs next time myself.

A buddy at work who is obsessed with bacon had told me that they made a bacon waffle so this is where my initial interest was generated for this eatery.  The wifey and I initially got lost on the way there as Google maps GPS let us down, but a quick call to the restaurant and I was there in a few minutes.

Once we were seated and our order for coffee was placed we began to review the menu, but I did not want to stray from my game plan.  Get the bacon waffle, and something with the Hollandaise sauce on it as the Yelpers fancied the sauce.

The coffee came and I mixed in some cream and sugar and took a sip and it was tasty.  I am not a coffee god or anything, but my mouth liked it and that's all that matters.

On to the food.  I ordered Eggs Benedict St. Patrick style (Corned beef hash, mushrooms, onion and parsley) on an English muffin with Hollandaise sauce with home fries, and the bacon waffle.  The wifey ordered the Californian dreamer (Bacon, tomato, guacamole, cheddar and jack cheeses) with biscuits 'n' gravy and home fries.

When the food arrived I was impressed with the waffle and all the bacon I could see in it.  My Eggs Benedict looked delicious, and it was.  Dipping the potatoes in the sauce made them so yummy, that I was sad when I ran out of the Hollandaise sauce.  My only complaint was their interpretation of a corned beef hash.  They used little tiny cubes of the meat instead of ground/blended style of hash that I am used to.  It would have also been nice if there were more mushrooms as I remember tasting mushrooms in 2 bites.  Overall I was very satisfied with my meal and I want to come back and try one of their other Eggs Benedict variations.

The bacon waffle was better than I was expecting.  Soooooo much bacon in it.... YUMM!!!!  The maple syrup was average, and didn't seem to have that crazy maple flavor I crave.  Who cares, this waffle has bacon in it... did I mention bacon???

The wife's meal looked tasty and I stole 2 bites of her omelet and a taste of the biscuits 'n' gravy.  I did not like the biscuits 'n' gravy as it was very cold.  I don't know if that is the way they serve it, or since we got there 20 minutes before close that maybe the gravy was cold and the chef missed the opportunity to heat it up, but I can tell you that the wifey took a bite or two, and didn't eat any more of it.  The omelet was very tasty and the 2 bites I had were chock full of of the bacon/cheese/guac filling.

My score is based on my meal and the waffle I shared with the wife.  I asked her to write her own review if she ever decides to write a review.  hehehe.  Overall, I am scheduling them in for another visit within the next month.  Also, the owner and the staff were very friendly and that helps you remember a place and increase my chance of eating there again as it makes me feel that they care about the people eating there.

simply awful food.   I am sorry, but  I've eaten here often enough to be sure that their food is terrible.  I really don't understand the positive reviews.
I've only had breakfast there, but that tells the story if they screw up  eggs so badly that they are unedible.   And this happened several times as I was dragged there by friends.   Their breakfast hash browns are also terrible, they put some spice in it that is simply the worst.   Any chain restaurant is better than this place.  The service was acceptable but go to Denny's nearby, believe me the food would be better. ,

I've never had anything bad here.  The service is great, the portions are huge and the prices are reasonable!  I go here for lunch a couple times a month and have always had a great experience.  I don't make it for breakfast often enough, but when I have, it's also been wonderful.

    Highly recommended.

Chocolate chip pancakes (5/5) - Phenomenal. They are light, fluffy, and slightly sweet. No syrup needed.

Best breakfast spot in Conejo Valley bar none. Tried finding this place twice and got lost; finally bought an iphone and found this hony spot. Super leam and homely interior, the staff is awesome, food is amazing and comes out promptly. It was excellent. The eggs benedict variations this place has are all awesome. The waffles, pancakes, and french toast are better than I have ever had anywhere. If you want to experience what breakfast should be like....take the time and find this gem!

Was just there this past Saturday for breakfast with a party of 5 and as always both the food and service were great.
-Strawberry Waffle Combo- Awesome and so much food I shared with by 3 year old and we had leftovers
    - Husband and Parents all had variations of the Eggs Benedict and all where very happy.

Besides the good service and food, the prices are also very reasonable.

I've lived in NP for 25 years, always known about the place and had never eaten there. After our trip for breakfast/lunch today, I will not be going back.
We sat down and our host brought us two waters, then we waited 15 minutes for our server, and the place wasn't that busy. Waiting usually isn't a big deal for me, but when both me and my friend said something, you know its been too long.
The food came pretty fast, but it wasn't what I expected. I paid extra to have my turkey sandwich on a croissant, but they burnt it toasting it (which I wouldn't have ordered if I had known they were going to toast it). The salad was either not drained or the ranch dressing was watered down, even the pickle spear tasted odd. I don't know how they managed to screw up a turkey sandwich, but they did.
My friend ordered a bacon and cheese omelet, which was fine, nothing wrong with it. But his toast was burnt and the hash browns were terribly bland.
At the end of the meal, we got the bill, AND THEY CHARGED US FOR THE WATER. it wasn't bad enough that the food wasn't great, but the glasses of water were $0.75 each.
The whole experience was just annoying and we will not be back.

Started frequenting this place nearly a year ago and have enjoyed most of my selections off of the menu.  Whether it be waffles, pancakes, french toast, or eggs benedict, you are certainly going to have an enjoyable meal.  Even during peak periods, the food manages to come to the table quickly.

The service comes with a smile and you definitely have some people who care about what they do.  The coffee cup never goes empty.

As many have commented before, this place is off the beaten path neighboring industrial type businesses.  All that means is that there are only regulars showing up here.  There is some signage along the way to help you get there, but you should be able to find this place with most GPS devices or internet directions.

The restaurant is delightful. The breakfast are what to come for. The Eggs Benedict is very good, and the bakery items are heavenly. The sandwiches were average and the coffee was typical coffee shop. However, if you find yourself in the industrial park on the north side of 101 in Newbury Park, you should treat yourself to this little mom-and-mom coffee shop. You'll like the experience of the homey Side Street Cafe.

I'm one of the rare reviewers who is not a connoisseur of fine eggs Benedict.  I've been there at least 8 times.  Generally I order a waffle combo -- banana nut with scrambled eggs and sausage.  The waffles are light and fluffy, the fruit is fresh, the nuts are delish, the whipped cream on top is decadent.  The eggs aren't runny (yay!), and the sausage patties are not greasy.   Plus, you get a lot of food.  You won't leave hungry.

Their coffee is pretty good, but generally I order their Paradise Iced Tea.  The servers are mature -- appear to be the owners or friends of the owners.  They keep the same wait and buss staff month after month, and that says something for how they manage the place.

I've ordered more than the waffle combo.  Their standard breakfast fare tastes as good or better than any other typical breakfast places such as IHOP or Denny's.  They generally put some nice finishing touches on the food, such as whipped cream, nuts, cocoa sprinkles, fresh salsa, etc.  The food comes out fast, too.  I hate how at Denny's you order and you're starving, and they bring you coffee and water then you are tortured for like 25 minutes, waiting for food while smelling everybody else's food and  watching people at other tables eat and wipe their mouths.  Nope, Side Street seems to know how to staff their kitchen, to significantly lessen the torture.  In general, we get our food within about 10 minutes.  I know, I sound like some kind of fast-food person.  Not.  I love to "dine"...  at dinner with a bottle of wine in front of me.  At breakfast, I'm like, "FEED ME!" Cookie Monster style.

What makes them better than a chain place is they have breakfast and lunch specials that are pretty creative and contain some high-end ingredients such as bacon, avocado, good cheese, etc.

We've only gotten bad service there once.  We went in, sat down, then proceeded to watch everybody but us get waited on.  Finally we flagged down the cashier and asked if we could order.  Not sure what happened there -- probably a mix-up as to whose table was whose.  It's no big deal, I guess any place can make mistakes.

Try them out.  We go about once a month and usually enjoy it.

    Bon Apetit!
