I recently used the services of Showroom Auto Spa for a interior detail package. I have a 4 door infiniti and it was need of a thorough cleaning. The place was a little tricky to find. When entering I did notice it was very clean, more so then other automotive shops I have been too. Frank at the front was very pleasant and answered any questions I had about the service I was getting. We did a walkthrough of my car and I told him my concerns which he handled with ease.
A received a call later in the day to let me know what time my car would be ready but that there was no rush. Wow, when I saw my car I was just open mouthed. I couldn't believe this was the same car I had brought in a few hours ago. One of staff walked me through my car and showed all the work they had done. The inside was cleaned from front to back and even when I tried to find missed areas I couldn't. It looked absolutely amazing. All in all I was very happy with the work and great service at Showroom Auto Spa. They obviously take pleasure in their work and it shows.

My car was spic-&-span when I picked it up. They took me through and showed me what they did. Honest hard work went into cleaning it. Helpful and curtious on the phone, he was nice in person too.
Two let downs - my stereo's faceplate was in the bag of 'stuff' that collected through my car. They could/should have put that back on.
My seat was totally changed. I know, they needed to clean in, on, around, behind but it was so out of joint. -

This place is a joke. They give a 15% discount to first time customers which is why I thought I'd try it out. You should realize prices are marked up 15% from others in the area to account for this "special". My car didn't come back showroom clean and the staff became argumentative when I asked to have those areas taken care of, my car is only 1yr old and is only driven around the city - is it too much to ask that the carpet under the floor mats also receive a cleaning? Also not impressed that someone with cigarette smoke was in my car. They had a chance to earn a new customer but screwed it up with their poor customer service. Take a look at their ambiguous wording of rainy day specials - must be raining on drop off and pickup days. Now do you get the picture that this place is disingenuous?
