Review from Lia M.

This has to be one of my favourite places to get ramen in the GVRD, and is certainly the closest thing I've found to the delicious bar ramen I used to eat in Japan. The cart is right across the street from Bridgeport station next to a make-your-own sushi hut and a bakudanyaki trailer.
The noodles are firm and well cooked, and they LOAD vegetables into it (black mushrooms, garlic chips, garlic chili, corn, seaweed, green onion, pac choi and bean sprouts). I have never left feeling hungry after eating here, and would highly recommend it to anyone on the hunt for delicious eats.
The only problems I have ever had with the place are the fact that there is only one vegetarian soup base (miso), and the lack of seating if there is a rush. But really, what do you expect from a food cart? -

This was too cool. A food cart hanging out by Bridgeport Station, and the inside felt like a ramen bar. They have one vegetarian broth option (miso), but when we ordered vegan, he packed in as many vegetables as he could. I was pretty impressed.
It was not as flavourful as I would have liked but it felt healthy and the experience was cool enough that I didn't mind!Listed in: Exceptional Vancouver, Shushi

Review from Vincci L.
Richmond's version of the food carts brings to us this empty lot with 3 food trucks. Tonight, I was able to try out this ramen place, as the other 2 places were closed.
I had their special, which was a miso soup base, with egg, sweet peas, bean sprouts, seaweed and cabbage. There was about a 5 minute wait, and then I was presented with a piping hot bowl of noodles.
I took the noodles home since they were going to close soon, but there is a small table outside as well if I had wanted to stay.
After a ten minute drive, the taste test.
Noodles were ok, they seemed a bit undercooked. There was a good portion of it, along with the other ingredients; this was just the perfect portion for a late night meal. There was a perfectly soft boiled egg, which was a good complement to the noodles. The soup base was nothing too special; I found it to be a little salty.
For $8, I would probably venutre somewhere else to get my ramen fix.Listed in: Noodle-ing.
