This store has been a life saver for me on many occasions! Conveniently located downtown on Jasper Avenue, this location is open 24 hours!

I know I can count on this Shoppers when I need a prescription refill that I forgot about until 2am or just have the munchies and don't want to pay exorbitant prices at a convenience store.

It is an older location so it doesn't have as much of a grocery section as a lot of the newer ones do, but there's still a great selection of the essentials. They have milk, bread, butter as well as canned goods, frozen dinners as well as the junk food aisle and soft drink coolers.

The store may lack the fancy interior some of the newer locations offer, but I rarely have any trouble finding what I need. It's well organized and laid out. On occasion the aisles get a little crowded and seems that there's too much stuff for the available space.

I absolutely love the Life brand. I am never disappointed when I go for their store brand (Life) because the quality is outstanding and the price is often a couple dollars less than the name brands. I like how innovative they are and they stay on top of items their customers purchase so that they can offer a Life brand item no matter what you're looking for. Another bonus is that they offer a full money back guarantee on the Life products - which I've never had to look into because I'm always more than satisfied.

As a female who often shops alone at any given time, it's reassuring to see that they have a security guard at this location at night. I don't know for sure what their shifts are but I know that when the nearby bars close, I have nothing to worry about when I'm in the store. On a slow night, they'll even watch me walk to my car just to be sure. It makes me more confident in the store - especially considering they have fewer cashiers on at night. I feel that the company must actually care about the safety of their employees.

This Shopper's is awesome. I keep a kind of strange schedule sometimes, so having something nearby that's open 24 hours is fantastic. In addition to your standard drugstore stuff, this location also has a reasonable grocery aisle. Baking at 2 am and realize you're out of baking powder? No problem. Their selection is obviously not as good as a real grocery store, but they often have very good prices on some items. I buy most of my eggs and butter here, because they're consistently cheaper here than at Save On.

    A 24-hour Shopper's Drug Mart is a beautiful thing.

This place has come in handy too many times to count.  I've come here to buy shampoo and other toiletries (that I didn't even think of buying in advance) before an early morning flight and thank goodness I did!

I've also come here for cough syrup and other cold and headache medicines when nothing else was open.  This Shopper's is a good friend to have!

Because it's open 24-hours, there can be a few shady characters lurking the aisles, but for the most part it's pretty darn good. Also, it can get a bit dirty because there is constant traffic.  It's hard to clean when you never have time.

Overall, I really like this Shopper's.  Like I said, it's saved me a lot of headaches - literally!

I love Shopper's Drug Mart! They have everything. I love the Life Brands, and when they're on sale they're really cheap. I always drink the Life bottled water.

This location doesn't have a Beauty Boutique, but I don't really mind because the one at Kingsway does and it isn't much further away. What's really great about Shopper's is the Optimum program, you can get free stuff, and really quickly too because of all the points bonuses.

As others have mentioned, the 114th & Jasper 24-hour Shoppers has solved a million and one of my problems, whether it's appeasing middle-of-the-night starving cats, satisfying middle-of-the-night snack cravings, averting middle-of-the-night contact-lens solution emergencies, or indulging in middle-of-the-night feeling-kinda-crummy magazine, scratch ticket, or makeup impulse buying. But it's not just the neverending hours that make this particular Shoppers worth visiting; it's great in the daytime too. They've recently brought in a huge selection of Nativa-brand organic grocery items (blue corn tortilla chips, cereals, spices, even their own organic version of Nutella!) and are consistently and significantly cheaper than the area grocery shops for stuff like soy milk. Honestly, I'd rather make the short trip to Shoppers than spend almost a dollar more at Save-On for the same thing.  Besides, there always seems to be an amazing sale going on: Last time, I found that jars of Classico brand pasta sauces were only $1.99, less than half their regular $4-something price - a pretty good excuse to guiltlessly eat pasta with roasted garlic alfredo sauce.
