Best hotel of Niagara for myself, Huge fan of the Sheraton, for more tourist style, check the Hilton/Casino but this is my fave.

Been here multiple times over the years. Saved my key cards haha. The hotel had added extension about 8-9 years ago. Used to only go up 20 something floors. Now it's 30 + ? Not to sure but it's more.
Make sure you get the falls view side of this hotel! The view is breathtaking especially at night, the light show is so romantic. As well when your sleeping at night, you can hear the waterfall still :)

The room are great, large beds, high off the floor. Few seats around the room for lounging. Bathroom is spacious, lots of towels and good lighting. Mini kitchen in the hallway to the bathroom. Make your own coffee and teas in the morning. Haven't ordered room service yet, too many great restaurants in the district :p

Hotel has all the amenities, great restaurant/bar, helpful front desk people and pool on the main floor :)

    The room:
    - was clean
    - had a partial view of the American Falls, even on the 2nd floor. Great!!
    - had a fireplace.
    - had a TV in the bathroom?
    - had no free internet. BOOO!!! Seriously? It's 2011! Who charges $15 a day for internet? No thank you.

    The hotel:
    - has a few computers with internet in the lobby for guests to use for free, but some of them didn't work.
    - is connected to a couple gift shops and attractions.
    - has an arcade, where I dominated at skee-ball.
    - has a restaurant where the food isn't that good but they feel they can rob you because it has a good view. (It is a good view, but $35 for an average-at-best buffet? Come on.)
    - has an average size outdoor poor and a tiny indoor pool, and they both close early (9 and 10 pm).
    - has a Starbucks in the lobby. This is merely a statement of fact, it's not really a plus for me. Also, Tim Horton's is just a couple blocks away. When in Canada...

I'd consider staying here again if there was a really amazing rate, but I'm not counting on it. It's not a bad hotel, but loses 2 stars for nickel-and-dimeing.

Let me say off the bat, the hotel was nice.  It was clean, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly, it was located in the touristy section of town, and was a short walk to all the Niagara Falls attractions (highly recommend Maid of the Mist)

My problem with the hotel was that they tried to get every last cent out of you that they could.  Parking was $20 a day, internet was $15 a day, and a buffet meal was $35 per person.  When my girlfriend and I went to dinner we didn't see a menu for the buffet, after getting the buffet and 2 drinks each, our bill was over $100.  The food was fine, but certainly not worth $35 a plate.

If you plan out eating outside the restaurant and don't want to use the internet while there, they I would recommend this hotel.

Came here with my boyfriend June of 2010. I can't believe I forgot to review this place! I miss this place dearly, it was extremely close to the falls. The walk is literally down the street (5 min walk) so the first tour we went on was maid of the mist. We ate at the Fallsview Restaurant and had such a fabulous time, the view was gorgeous! My boyfriend had steak while I had the rack of lamb and we both loved it (major recommendation).

Also, the location is great, everything is around it! Around the corner is a GIGANTIC playground for all ages! It's not really a playground but there are haunted houses, CANDY STORES!, restaurants, arcade, ferris wheel, and MUCH more. Location made everything 100x better! I am getting so excited just reminiscing.

I enjoyed this place more that the Hilton which is a first because I LOVE HILTONS!

I really wish that there was a different entries for the hotel and for the restaurant, but since I can't seem to find it, I'll take my rage out on this one. While the hotel was completely five stars (5 minutes to the edge to see the American Falls, which were also visible from your rooms if you paid an extra fee), the restaurant itself was definitely a ONE STAR ONLY. The most terrible service ever.

First of all, we arrive for the lunch buffet at 11:30. We're told, "sorry, we can't seat you because we're expecting 400 tourists and we only seat 400 people. If you'd like, you can step over to the side and we'll see if we can seat you in 15 minutes." It seems ridiculous because it was a restaurant that was 95% empty, and a few people were still seated. It also was that they didn't even leave some seats, or if they did, at least have a sign in the path to the restaurant saying that they had no more room.  Even worse, another family that was visiting had apparently come a bit early for the buffet, so they were told to come back later, instead of being told that it was completely reserved.

So we get seated after about 20 minutes, the restaurant STILL 95% full, and we get seated at a table that is missing its napkins and half of its utensils. RIDICULOUS. The food was passing. I thought the fake crab was just such a cop-out. Desserts felt like they were store-bought. On top of that, we had to ask our server several times to give us water. We never got that final refill, and we just gave up. Which was ridiculous, and I'll tell you why:

To add on to the bad service, about 1/4 of the tables were filled by the reservations by 12:00. 30 minutes after the time we came in. Another 1/4 were filled by 12:30, and 1/2 of the tables were filled at about 12:40, which was when we left after waiting forever for our waiter to come back with our check. Honestly, we could've been out of there before the majority of the tourists came in. I'm surprised they even kept on the reservations, since usually restaurants let go of reservations after 30 minutes after the reservation. JUST TERRIBLE SERVICE.

TAKE-HOME MESSAGE: Go enjoy the hotel, but don't waste your time or your money on the restaurant.

The Sheraton on the Falls in Ontario was a very nice hotel.  The staff was friendly, the hotel was modern, clean and our room was great with a perfect view of the falls and added plus of fireworks.  The Falls View Restaurant 13stories above tge falls was actually a good value compared to many of the other restaurants where the food was as or more expensive but not as good.  Overall the hotel made our stay that much more enjoyable!

This place was AMAZING.... I know I say that a lot - but here's the deal.   I got very lucky with a few connections and the timing was just perfect that I was able to stay in one of the Presidential Suites with a corner view of the falls.

I have never had a better nights sleep.  The sound of rushing water was so calming and relaxing - the breeze, the fresh air, I was overwhelmed with a euphoric feeling!

How romantic is it to dine in on the balcony  and overlook one of natures most amazing creations!  Then to stare at the clear black skies peppered with thousands of stars as bright as diamonds.  Laughing to see who can count the most shooting stars!

The room was fantastic, and the OMG the bathroom!   I have this thing for showers.... like a fetish.... it's the first thing I  check when I get a hotel - and I swear you could live in this thing!!  Then of course there is the bed!  Like sleeping on a cloud!!!

But you don't come here for the bathroom, or the bed, or the mini bar, or the TV or the service, or the food, or the experience or the view... Wait.... yes you do!!!

Oh this place was gorgeous. We had a "partial" falls view from our room on the 4th floor. We could see the American falls perfectly and the room was excellent. Beautiful fixtures, electric fireplace, door opens to the outside for the excellent picture taking, great location. Had a wonderful time here.

What a great experience here for our 1st anniversary. We stayed in the falls view room which was on the 21st floor and had an outstanding view of the american falls especially with a very good view of the canadian falls (albeit a little far from them). We went out to dinner at another restaurant as we heard about the view but I think it would have been better to order in and stay in the room. Also we were treated very nicely when I mentioned my anniversary. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

    WEEEEEE BELOOOONNGGGGG!

It wasn't too bad of a hotel.  Since I am SPG Platinum I got juiced up to a nice room with a view.

If you are bringing a family to Niagara Falls, this is the place to do it.  They have a resto (which I think kids eat free), a water park nearby and a couple of cool places to eat like Rainforest Cafe and Hard Rock Cafe.

If you are an adult, there is a casino and you probably have my 100 dollars I lost there.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Wonderful view of the falls. We had a room on the 7th floor. What great location.   The outdoor pool is located on the 7th floor, food on the Fallsview floor, and the indoor pool and gym are just up the elevator on the 14th floor.

We stayed at a few places on the falls before, but these were the best views, hands down!

This hotel also is located in a prime spot, right at the bottom of Clifton Hill.  Everything is within a 10 minute walk and if the weather is cold or raining, almost all buildings connect indoors or thru walkways.

The rooms are spacious, but a little dated.

    Staff is very friendly.

I recommend the breakfast and dinner buffet at the Fallsview Restaurant. Make a reservation to get a table by the window overlooking the falls. At night it is really and awesome view.

During the summer at 10pm every Friday and Sunday there is a fireworks show over the Falls. Watch them from the outdoor pool area on the 7th floor. Really cool!

Only negative is parking fees, $18 per day to self park or $28 per day to valet park. You don't have to drive a lot, so I recommend self parking.

    Fun hotel!

I recently went there for my birthday weekend. We stayed there for one night and also tried their breakfast at the 11th floor fallsview restaurant.

    Hotel and Location:
I felt they have the best location compared to all other hotels at Niagara Falls. They are connected with the casino, Hard Rock Cafe, Hershey chocolate all that stuff. If you really want, you can stay in door and walk all the way to Cliffton Hill, and you will come out right beside Rain Forest Cafe. It has its own indoor waterpark, but that's extra. The only thing I think they are lacking is free wifi. There's no complimentary wifi in the room, you can get connected at their lobby if you are a hotel guest there. I felt this is just behind in the industry.  Free wifi is everywhere these days, and high-end hotels like this one is still trying to make another few dollar off a customer, just create inconvenience and upset customers.  Sometimes, we just want to check email and do some restaurant research before heading out...and forced us to either use iphone or go down to the lobby, this feels like I'm living in the 90s.

    Restaurant:
we went to their fallsview restaurant the next morning for breakfast. It's not bad at all. They have buffet option or a la carte. We chose a la carte. Their best deal on the menu is the Canadian Breakfast! You get choice of sausage/ham/bacon, two eggs in any style, fries, toast bread, coffee AND juice! not either or! It's crazy and they give you the whole tray of jam/peanut butter/honey, so you don't have to make a decision or feel bad to ask for more. All of that is only for $13! The quality of food is normal, met expectation and exceeded given the price they charge and you get an awesome view of the fall too! A lot of brunch places in Toronto charges for about the same price, but you will not get coffee Or Juice Or the view!

Parking - the hotel has valet parking, but most people parks at the casino beside and its free if you have their VIP card and you spend $20

This is one of the nicest Sheraton Hotels I have stayed at.  The room was on the 15th floor and featured a balcony like door that opens into the room, giving you unmatched views and sounds of the falls.  It also had a fireplace inside the room, which adds that romantic feel to it.  I did not try the restaurant, but heard it is good, so I am speaking solely about the hotel and service.  The service here is outstanding.  My only complaint, the rooms have no robes.

We almost always stay here when we visit the falls.  The view of the room is spectacular and it's also right there next to all of the 'nightlife'.

    LOVE IT!
