It depends on where you are in the hotel - we stayed in a room at the corner of the hotel and it was a great view - one window viewed the Canadian side of the falls and one window viewed a little bit of the American side...it was impressive.

No room service but there are a few conveniently located restaurants, a 24hr convenience store and the Casino is right across the street.

Service is great.

$13.99 for movie rentals hurt a little, and there is a $14.99 charge for 2hrs of music on your tv...the catch is the cable programming is awful and you're left to order overpriced tv entertainment...good selection but pricey.

Flatscreen 42" tv's would do wonders to the room.

Valet is $20...maybe $25?...can't remember now, but I just parked in the underground casino and paid $0.00 with player's advantage card...as close a walk to the casino as you are going to get.

You can't really see the Falls from your room even when you pay for that view.  The rooms are nice, clean, and roomy.

The staff is very helpful.  The internet is not dependable and goes in and out.  

The hotel exterior does NOT look like the pics online, there is no large sign...makes it hard to find.  I'd stay here again though...it's in a good location.

WHAT A RIP OFF!!!!  

We paid for a 'fallsview' room but cannot see the falls.  The room is lopsided  and the valet service is sub par!  

EW!
