The Market provides up with such a variety. Thank you to Courtney and Lacey for finding this place amongst so many wonderful treats here.
I did not know they were here. But I do now and am glad for it. Keeping your party busy eating so that you can look around is key to enjoying the market.
Our favourite is the spicy chicken and yes we got sauce. A great way to start the venture for the day. -

I have a familial affiliation to one of the Serious Samosa dudes, but that doesn't mean that my interest in these crisp little triangles is any less real or that my opinion is any less valid.
On all of my market visits since they've set up shop, I've swung by and scooped up a few of these deep fried treats, always opting for the spicy veggie. Since they provide such a plethora of sauces, how can I not get squeeze crazy? I think I end up with equal parts dip to samosa ratio, which is often just the way I like it. Not detracting from the yummy nature of the samosas, but sometimes I lust after a sea of sauce, with a little lifeboat of a morsel floating on the surface. Don't judge, we all have our idiosyncratic gorging tendencies...
I love these little snacks best when they're perfectly fresh, just out of the deep fryer and almost simultaneously into my mouth. The guys who own the corner shop are perfectly friendly and cute, hooking you up with samosas quickly and in style.
Swing by and get a bag full of these potato filled munchies so that you can casually snack as you manoeuvre your way through the crowd. Heck, buy enough to share. You'll be the most popular of your posse if you show up with a bag of Serious Samosas for all to enjoy! -

I must say, since stumbling upon the guys that run this little booth in the Brewery Market, I too have become serious about samosas.
With varieties like: chicken, veg and beef (all in spicy and mild) forms you can pretty much get whatever you want.
Lots of delicious dipping sauces as well. Definitely recommend adding this into your market rotation, or even do as I do: Head here first so that your SO (significant other) can happily munch away while you wined your way through the labyrinth of fresh veggies, coffee and baked goods.
