My first time at this relatively new Richmond Centre location. I love it! I would have been trampled Friday evening at the downtown one, if I crouched in the aisle to look at the bottom shelf. I had the leisure of trying out many items here today.
One of the "problems" with fancy stores like this, is that items are arranged by brand and line, not use. The one item you are looking for (say, body wash with scrub) is located all over that section (skin care). Fortunately, the helpful salespeople pointed them out to me on each shelf. As always, I got to try everything, and made use of the many tissues and water squirt bottles available.
The salespeople weren't too attentive, so I got to enjoy some alone browsing time as well! -

LOVE shopping (and window shopping!) at Sephora.

For some reason when I am at this location, I feel like bait in a pool of piranha's. It's not a fully 'shop at ease' kind of location like Metrotown or Pacific Centre. I love that its a nice & big well lit shop.
They don't seem to have as much stock as the other locations either, so you may as well wander downtown so you can also hit up the other shops.
Better have a list on you and stroll carefully. -

A Sephora in Richmond Center, finally!
Sephora is always a good place to go to get the basic cosmetics. They carry many brands, and they also have their own brands. I also like the Sephora exclusives, and the Christmas gift sets always make a good present.
The staff here are usually helpful, and it's always hard to choose a perfect item out of the countless available. Finding that perfect red lipstick, the perfect mascara...they'll help you find it.
In addition to the makeup, they also carry skincare, fragrances, hair care products, and even products for men.
I can spend a long time in here, just browsing the myriad of different items!
