The Connolly Complex and William F. Eisiminger Fitness Center is one of the most complete athletic facilities in the area. This is a private fitness center open to current students, faculty, administrators, and alumni members of the Seattle University community.

From the center: "It is the goal of Seattle University to develop the whole person, and the Connolly Complex and Fitness Center provides a healthful and pleasurable opportunity for physical, emotional, and social participation in sports and recreation. Schedules and activities are administered in a manner that is intended to provide a break from academic pursuits, improve physical health, and help develop skills and interests that contribute to healthy lifestyles."

As a member of the alumni community, i am proud to support the Connolly complex with my membership. Whether you need ab reak from academic pursuits or corporate stress, this is the place to go.

i think that the quality of the equipment and fitness experience offered here rival and beat the Washington Athletic Club, the All Star Fitness Executive Club, the SAC, and any other gym in the area. Squash? check. Indoor astroturf gym? check. indoor tennis? check. Table tennis? check. Swimming pool? check. Sauna? check. State of the art cardio and weight room? check. Basketball court? check. Tennis courts? check. Soccer field? check. Rubber jogging track? check. It goes on and on and on. If you are fortunate enough to have access to this facility, give thought to supporting it with your membership.

SU students are now blessed with a brand new two-story fitness center.  There's a lot more lighting as well as floor to ceiling windows for fantastic views and tons of natural lighting.

The first floor consists of free weights and weight machines.  The second floor houses all the cardio equipment.  Not only have they brought over the old equipment, but also made many purchases of new stationary bikes, treadmills, and ellipticals (all of which have TVs on them).

This gym is free to SU students and at a discount to alumni and spouses of students/alumni. Perks include: 8 basketball courts, 4 racquetball rooms, 2 hand/pickle ball rooms, decent sized gym and cardio room, indoor turfed soccer field, quiet room, locker room, as well as tvs in lobby and gym area. It's busy at the beginning of the quarter around 5-6:30, as well as during the New Years rush. This is a great location for me since I live in the Central Area and like free parking.
