Review from Brad H.
A wonderful outlet mall by the casino, right off of 1-5. Parking is easy, which is always a wonderful plus. This is an open air mall, so keep this in mind when the weather is not the best...
The store selection is great and I really look forward to the amazing things coming with their expansion. It is so unique and fun to shop at a mall in WA State that also announces in French, thanks in part to their guests from Canada!
The Coca Cola machines here are also very reasonable in price and accept credit cards, how wonderful is that!
One thing to keep in mind though is that the retailers may not always have the best prices as in the days of outlet malls in the past, but they are always competitive and have great selections! -
Review from Annie M.
I used to come down this outlet few times a year. I would say this one is the closer outlet fr Vancouver.
It always busy on weekend.
It has a lot of brands and shops in this outlet, but NO super brand store at all! If you just want to kill time and see any luck to get good deal, just give it a try.
I found the price wasn't cheap compared with the malls!! O, well.... Still much cheaper than Vancouver. -
Review from Riss J.
Why it's crowded: it's the only "mall" around here, and slapping "outlet" on the sign draws in tourists from all over. Which was true when outlet malls first came into being...which was before internet shopping.
Why it's not a good deal: see above. Also, Canadian money. Also, because people will spend more money if you convince them they're saving it. Even when they obviously aren't.
Recent trip to visit Lane Bryant found their "outlet" prices were a mind-blowing TWO DOLLARS less than the regular store/online prices. And when shown the style I wanted to replace, clerk said. "Oh, that's a retail model, we wouldn't have that". Hum, so what are the ones you have? Non..retail? What does that even mean?
The outlet current "sale" was buy 1 bra, get 1 50% off.
Retail store current price: buy 2, get 2 free.
Mom loves the caramel apples at that Rocky Mountain fudge store place, and her and Dad like to take a drive and walk around the mall. They find occasional deals....but it's clearly the experience of a day together that makes it worth their while.
Go because you live nearby and it's "your mall"
Go because you've made a trip/experience out of it
Don't go if you expect to get an amazing price or find a style you won't somewhere else without some effort and willing to negate the savings based on how many miles you drove to get there.Listed in: Cover yourself

Love this place!!! Great selection of brands!! Wish they had one in BC!

Review from Michael C.
I always find stuff here and the price is always right for me.
It's very heard to rate a place base on fashion. I mean lets face it, everyone go different taste in style. Does this place got shopping? Yes! Washrooms? Yes! Food? A decent selection. Parking? Of Course. Is the layout convenient? Ya!
It's a decent mall with good selection of products from food, clothes, accessories, electronics, and house wares. This is pretty much what most malls contain within it's castle walls. Like I said, I always find stuff here and I leave happy that I didn't just blow a years savings on regular price clothing, but instead I spent my life's savings on sales!!
Some tips, don't come down here on long weekends or black friday unless you love line ups. Come on random days before just before the end of season when they are having their sales to get rid of their stuff. Also, bare in mind that certain things are cheaper, BUT not all! be warned! -

Probably the friendliest outlet mall I have been to. All my favorite places close to each other.

Seattle, WA
The Outlet Mall is great if you want to browse designer goods in a clean, organized way. There are a ton of stores and the prices are fair. However, many of the goods are from past season, so aren't necessarily going to be the products you would find in a store's main counterpart. Plus, you can often many of the same stuff at a department store hand-me-down aka Ross, TJ Maxx, or Marshall's. Overall, not a bad place if you're okay with the long drive up from Seattle. But it's worth it if you're aiming for goods you wouldn't find at a department store.
Note:
My faves are the Makeup store (I forget what it's called but they have MAC makeup and makeup you'd find at Sephora) and Banana Republic. -

Mt Pleasant, IA
Awesome stores! Many outlets just throw things together but this one has decent pricing with still a boutique feel.
They have awesome sales. My favorite store is Banana Republic but they've got all types of stores so that everyone is happy.
Go to the Nike Store and check out the back side for their clearance shoes. You can get some great deals on good footwear. -
Review from Kayla s.
I love this outlet mall but watch out for crowds. Don't even think of going there are a busy shopping weekend because this place gets PACKED! Looks like they are finally building a parking garage because good luck finding ANY parking stop if you dont get there at the crack of dawn.
I like the J. CRew, Banana Republic Stores, Nike, but good luck trying to find my size on a busy weekend (small) everything left over is always HUGE because all the cute stuff gets snatched up so quickly.Listed in: So Much More Room For…

Seattle, WA
Hands down best selection of stores in the state. Something for everybody and in most cases you will find some amazing deals. Nike and Adidas don't appear to know the meaning of the word outlet, but thankfully Puma and Converse do.
Sony always manages to have at least one deal that makes you feel like you should be buying off the back of a truck, and most stores have a must see clearance section.
I think they could use better food on premises, but thankfully there are plenty of food choices within a mile. -

I'm surely not a outlet mall junkie but I have to say it is a pretty good mall at least for the other half (I get to hold the bags). the good part for me or maybe it wasn't good (still have to ponder that) was we went in January so there was snow all over (just happened to go during the worst snow storm in a decade) so she was too cold to shop heavily but also because it was cold she went into more stores to escape the cold..
We always seem to come here when we are visiting Seattle
The bad I would say is the food court it's kind of lame in my opinion but I didn't eat there anyway since it didn't look too appealing.
Well parking is usually not too bad but because of the snow they had mounds and mounds of piled up snow blocking parking spaces to clear the parking lot.
I would have had a better review if there were more things that I like there heh.. I did like the Sony Store though. -

CONSUME. SPEND. REPEAT!
Thirty minutes north of Seattle proper lies the consumer wasteland of Tulalip. OK, that's a bit harsh, it's not really a wasteland...but it was busy busy busy all around. I rarely hit up malls (or outlets) in general, but we stopped in on our way back from Vancouver, figuring we'd brave the crowds (and parking) for a short while.
There are tons of stores -- including Nike, Lids, Ann Taylor, Columbia, Eddie Bauer, Polo Ralph Lauren, Puma, etc. etc. etc.
I dug the specials at Columbia and Eddie Bauer and scored a sweet Mariners hat for $10 at Lids. Most of the stores were blown out with people, but that is what one would expect for a rainy Saturday afternoon. I liked that we could stay out of the rain with the large canopies over the various walkways.
Parking is a nightmare, especially with few pedestrian crosswalks throughout. The selection of stores is a huge draw for most -- I suppose if I lived here I'd visit once or twice a year. -
Review from Andrea P.
I HAVE FOUND HEAVEN IN TULALIP! If you live in America and have the luxury of online shopping for whatever you fancy and popping into J Crew whenever you like, this outlet mall is probably not that exciting for you. If you're Canadian however, this is like finding a pot of gold on the other side of the Peace Arch. There are several retailers here that consistently have amazing deals: JCrew Factory, Gap, Banana Republic, Kate Spade, Michael Kors, Fossil, Nine West... I could go on. Prices are already good, but there's also coupons you can print online and bring with you to maximize your savings. This is always my last stop on a day of shopping in America - too bad the food court sucks, cuz I'm awfully hungry by the end of the day...

Review from Kelly M.
Okay, so I live in Seattle and I never ever came to this outlet mall. Why??? I really don't have an answer for you!
I always felt like Tulalip was super duper far.... Ugh, apparently it is not! Lol how much of a geek can I be? I've driven to Everett on a daily basis and Tulalip isn't very far from there. My point is, the drive is not bad at all for a pretty good outlet mall.
People always tell me they buy loads of stuff when they come here and I just say that wouldn't be me, I'm not into named brands. Um, I will take that back now because it's not that I went crazy and bought the place out, it's because I wanted to! In the end, I came out with 2 jackets and a hoodie. I held back, it's the holidays.
All in all, I want to go shopping here again. And soon.
Anyone wanna come with? ^_^ -
Review from M C.
Good buys but better during off seasons and/or slower weekdays. Big bargains are there if you look for them. Some "deals" are not as good as they seem, especially if you are impulse buyers.

Asharoken, NY
Just like most other outlets around the country, brand name stores with promises of discounted clothing and accessories. I didn't really find any great deals when I was here, but that's to be expected during the middle of March.
I must admit, the quality and the caliber of stores here are unmatched as far as I have seen and everything is clean, neat and in place. -

A "quick" trip to buy jeans became almost 4-hours of delightful shopping! We previously have shopped at Premium Outlets in California so I printed out additional coupons and a coupon to pick up a coupon book from information for additional savings. Can't wait to go back for Christmas sales!

Review from John A.
I'm a fan of saving money, and that's what I'm able to do at a lot of the stores here! Then again, some of the stores are your typical on sale, but not really on sale if you, say, if you went to costco for the same thing...
This outlet mall is very convenient to Seattle, and it has several stores, low end to high end (e.g. levi's jeans to burberry). It's outdoor atmosphere really makes it a nice day when it's all sunny and warm! and even if it's not so sunny and warm, still a good day of shopping!
I have to say I did not try the food court, but the restrooms were ok. Parking isn't bad either.
This is all in the Tulalip area, and right next door is a hotel and a casio, so, feel free to make two days out of this trip ;) -
Review from Sunshine M.
Yes! We love it here. Ok, this is serious shopping. If you are Canucks like we are:
1) Plan to start early in the day. If you can afford the time off work and the cost, stay overnight to save on duty. Two nights is even better. If you can only go for the day, don't worry it is still worth it.
2)Go online to the Seattle Premium Outlet site and become a VIP. Now you are ready to go to Customer Service and get your coupon booklet when you arrive ($5). Look on the site for other coupons and print them out before you leave.
3)Make a list on an index card or notepad of things you need or want. This will help avoid (too much) impulse shopping and help you not become overwhelmed. Include friends or family sizes if you are shopping for others.
4)After a fun roadtrip find a parking spot and go to Customer Service for your coupons in the food court. Get hydrated and eat (not too heavily ;) go to the washrooms (pretty clean for the traffic they see) and Get Set...GO!
5)Don't be just committed to huge brand names. ie. If you are willing to get Levi's jeans and not just a Burburry trench you can save hundreds of dollars on your wardrobe!
6) Go just before American holidays. We like to go just before holiday's like President's Day. Stores in the U.S. like to have "pre-sales" a couple of days before holiday's where they preview sale prices. You can get up to 75% or more off.
7)If you have time and don't find it at the outlets, keep going to the malls in Lynwood just a bit further where they also have great sales.
Happy Shopping!

Review from Henry B.
I always make a trip to this outlet mall if I come down to Seattle. They have a good selection of brand name stores with pretty good sales. This mall is always packed on long weekends as masses of Canadians come here to shop on bus loads. Literally, tour buses drive Canadians here. The mall even make prerecorded announcements in Mandarin, it's like you are in Richmond, BC.
The most popular store is Coach as there are long lineups to get inside the store. The prices are actually lower as compared to the same make at a Coach store in Vancouver. I usually can get some deals at Banana Republic and shoes at Nike or Adidas. The selection at these stores are not the newest and companies may make lower quality styles just for the outlet stores.
The food court is just nasty, not much selection and just plain bad quality food even for food courts. I feel sorry for the ladies as the lineups for the washrooms are like lineups for a trendy nightclub.
There's one busy Starbucks in the middle of the mall beside the food court providing the only free wifi in the mall.
You should also try Aunt Aunties' cinnamon pretzels or their pretzel dogs. It's an awesome snack to give yourself a little energy to keep shopping. -

UNITED COLORS OF BENETTON RULES!!!
Otherwise, it's a nice, standard outlet center. -
Review from Janie M.
Lake Stevens, WA
The best thing about this mall is that it's mostly outdoors. We go during the summer when we're looking for something to do outdoors but don't want to commit to something nature-ish. But that's really all it has going for it.
On the downsides. It's incredibly busy, no matter what day you go or what time of day you go. We go on weekdays and still end up driving round and round looking for a spot. Any spot, we don't care how close it is. Your best bet is to stalk someone as they are walking to their car. It will anger people behind you, but you'll get a parking spot!
As someone else mentioned, the people that visit this mall are RUDE. I don't know if it's a Canadian thing or what, but they will walk right into you like they don't see you. They will shove you aside without so much as an "excuse me." And I'm talking outside the stores, it's not like they're rushing to get to an item, they are just rude.
Lots and lots of non-English speaking people visit this mall.
While there may be some good concessions here (Starbucks, Auntie Anne's, whatever may lie in the food court,) the lines are very long. Starbucks can take 20+ minutes just to get to the counter. And that's on a weekday afternoon, I've never been on a weekend.
There is nothing there for men. Husbands don't like it.
Dogs. There are dogs everywhere. They are all over outside and they are all over in the stores.
Smokers. They are also everywhere. The 25 foot rule is completely ignored, and while the mall is outside, there is a roof and there are stores on all sides so the smoke is pretty much right there unless it's windy. The mall should be enforcing the law.
And for all that, the prices are about the same as any other mall. You can definitely do better if you shop online. Canadians like it because our dollar is weak right now and they can get good deals anywhere they shop here. It will be a ghost town if that ever changes.
(An example of the prices: I paid $24.76 for a bag at the mall (they have it priced outrageously high, then marked down 40% to make you feel like you're getting a deal,) it would have been $1 more than I paid to buy it online. At the mall I had only 4 color choices, online there are countless beautiful choices - yes I might have to pay shipping, but I had to pay tax at the mall.) -
Review from Jenny K.
This is a great outlet. The stores are spread out so it's not too crowded to get from one store to the next. There's a great mix of clothing/shoes/purses, home goods and accessories and plenty of parking. Located conveniently off of I-5 too.
My favorite store is Banana Republic. And another of my favorite stores, the Loft, recently opened here.
Check it out, and make sure to give yourself at least 2-3 hours. -
Review from Andrea S.
Seattle, WA
Basically....
- Go for stores that say/indicate "outlet"; there are some sneaky stores there that are pretty much the same as the mall!
- Sign up for their emails for some deals.
- Not many interesting choices for men. Plus side (or maybe not a plus?), casino is next door.
- IMO, Coach store is a definite drop-in (especially before the huge line sets in; I've noticed they let people in based on the time, not necessarily how many people leave). And they often have additional 30% off-- or at least they seem to when I go =)
- Food court... blah.
- Parking... sometimes intense, sometimes hectic, some may describe feeling anxious by being "stalked."
- Canadians, ehh?? -
Review from Maggie G.
Los Angeles, CA
I like this place. I also don't like this place.
They often don't have much here, like other people have said, high to low end stuff, and a lot of stores that are "outlets". I used to come here mainly for the cosmetic company that is in the mall, its one of the few in Washington state.
Parking is meh. It depends on the day. They don't really have much convenient parking, a lot of it you have to walk to get to any of the shops. Not much of a problem unless you are lazy or it is a not-so-nice day, which Washington has a lot of. If you do have a good parking spot, expect lazy people to stalk you back to your car to try to get your spot.
I have never had a huge problem with this place being hugely crowded, but then again, I don't come during holidays. I am sure this place is packed.
Downsides: its mostly outside. Great idea for an outside mall in southern California, but maybe not so much Washington. It gets really freaking cold. And if its raining, expect people to have umbrellas, and stab you with them because they don't pay attention. Yeah, im tall, but seriously, don't swing your umbrella in my face.
Food court sucks, not much selection. Thats all I have to say about that.
Coach store is another definite drop in, if you can actually get in. For some reason this is the only store I cant walk around in, its always packed. And they always have good prices here though too. So if you want something, its totally worth it to go to Coach. -
Review from Randy N.
I come here once a month. It's about 45 mins from Seattle. I usually try to avoid the weekend because the place is packed with Canadians. No pun intended, just had a couple of bad experience with a few. Some stores you can find deals and some you can probably get at the mall for the same price. I'm into designer jeans, so I mainly come up here for true religions. Otherwise I would just go to the malls around the Seattle area. Be ready to dress for the weather because this is an outdoor shopping area.

They should really call this Canada Premium Outlets. The number of (Asian) Canadians here... MY GOD! Forget a leisure day of shopping if your a WA native/resident... Shoppers will have to fight tooth and nail to look at merchandise. You'll likely get pushed, bumped around, and stared in the eye as if YOU did something wrong. Uhhh PASS!!!
The outlet shops are mediocre. Prices are just about the same as the normal shops. You're better off going to North Bend or Mt Vernon for a more peaceful shopping experience.
On a positive note... on a rare sunny day this out door mall is beautiful (if you concentrate really and drown out the tourists). Also this is not in Seattle, its about 45 minute drive away. But adjacent to a really nice hotel/casino, Tulalip Casino. I'd recommend a visit there for a cocktail to relax your nerves after attempting to shop here! Umm yeah pass on this rumble tumble outlet adventure... -

Probably best outlet in this area, with lots of store options. only drawback is that it gets packed. So either go early in the morning or non-peck days (M-F).

IN LOVE WITH THIS OUTLET MALL!!!!
Shopped for 7 hours and still didn't get to go into all the stores. They had a ton of my faves such as: R&R, Juicy Couture, Burberry, Michael Kors, Coach, Aldo, Nine West, Lucky Brand, and I can go on and on!!!
Great sales, great deals!!! Go during the week. Trust me! -

The Adidas Outlet had the boots I was looking for, GSG9 2's. $99. 0n line they are $150. The staff are great. The told me about buying a coupon book for $5 to save $20 on any purchase over $100, prior to me paying. They put the boots to the side for me until I returned.
Kuddos to all the helpful and friendly Adidas employees! -
Review from Kim P.
Everytime I visit this place it gets more and more crowded!!!!
I make sure I know what I am looking for when I come here so I am not wasting time walking into every store, more or less they have what I am looking for but I prefer the Woodburn Oregon outlets and not only because they don't have tax but they have a few more stores that I am interested in. I did notice a couple new editions that probably help the location out but overall the crowd makes you want to hurry in and out:(
I would never make a trip out here for anything in particular but when I am in the area, I always make a visit. -

It's a decent outlet mall, definitely one of the better ones out there. It's not a mall I go to and ALWAYS leave with something.
Avoid the weekends and you'll avoid the masses of Canadians. -
Review from Crystal H.
Seattle, WA
This outlet mall is decent. The only thing I can't stand is that when you are VIP you have to print something before bringing it to get your coupons OR pay $5 for them. Also their store turnover is ridiculous. Don't make the drive counting on a specific store without checking they're still there.
Best part about coming here is going to the casino to eat after. :) -
Review from Julia W.
My fiance & I came up here for some pre-honeymoon shopping.
The outlets have been consistently downgrading over the years. They haven't really added any new shops (I'd actually shop at) and the one in Woodburn, OR is actually a lot better.
I'd say skip it as no good deals were really had and it's a bit outside of Seattle (30 mins + without traffic) -
Review from Ott p.
Every time I want to come shopping here I always end up at the slot machines at the Tulalip instead. Thanks God this place is only 15 minutes away from my house so its not a hassle at all to attempt to go shop again.
great selection, great price, and lots of variety depending on your style and budget. -
Review from Jeff F.
Seattle, WA
Not 100% "outlet stores with outlet prices", but still decent.
Isn't "outlet /factory" supposed to be clearance/reject/old items at high discounted prices? There's a few of those stores, but too many stores with near MSRP and FAKE SALES going on.
It's nice to check out sometimes, and there can be SOME great deals found, but half the time not enough to make the long drive a bargain shopping trip.
Be sure to sign up for their VIP club on their website for printable coupons, including for a free coupon book they sell at the food court.
OK, but could be a lot better. -

Brooklyn, NY
I tried not to have extremely high expectations... but I couldn't help myself. Premium outlets for a die-hard bargain shopper like myself? AH!!!
Anyway, after a whole afternoon spent here, there really wasn't much to find. Burberry was a disappointment; the things at Banana Republic looked like a mass of low-quality chaos; prices at ALDO weren't outlet prices at all - in fact, some of the normal stores or sales online were definitely cheaper with some of the same items. Guess looked even worse and unappealing than ever, and Ralph Lauren was so freaking overpriced that I walked out the door within a few minutes.
Coach was a huge hectic mess, but I managed to find a super cute gold wallet and over-the-shoulder purse. I knew it was a find because other customers came up to ask me, "Where did you find that???" Since there was a million people to dodge and a million things to look at, I pat myself on the back for having a sharp eye! ;-p
AND: I did manage to find, a gorgeous full-length gown at BCBG for $49. Now, THIS is what a girl wants! Overall, BCBG had a lot of great clothes - I just wish there was a bigger selection.
I can't complain because I did end up with happy purchases, but it wasn't easy to find. Only visit if you're in the mood to hunt for your treasures!
