Generally I don't buy glasses frames from department stores---just seems they're pricier than the Asian ones one can bargain, or not as chic as the more stylish optical stores on Robson.
Yes, there was a great deal a few months ago, buy one frame, get the 2nd 25% off, and also a 3rd one, 50% off. I actually used a prescription from the year before, but I just found out recently that they only charge $80 for an eye exam.
Another good thing to point out is they provide some pretty good service, with the fitting and all, even after you wear it after a week or a month and if something doesn't fit right, they'll gladly adjust it! And not try to make you buy something else, lol.
