This restaurant is not much to look at from outside, or even the inside for that matter. It's tucked away in a corner spot in a strip mall next to Nicastro's and very easy to overlook. Upon entering, you realize the small restaurant is actually located downstairs in the basement.
However, the restaurant excels in dim sum and, as it's name suggests, seafood. Although the choice selection is nothing extraordinary like you'd find in Vancouver, TO or SF, the basic items are oozing with quality ingredients and are made fresh.
I would give the shrimp 'siu mai' 5 stars alone for the large, juicy and flavourful shrimps stuffed into these megasized dumplings nearly the size of your teacup - no skimping here. Other outstanding items: shrimp rice noodle (ha cheong) which are soft and plump, turnip cakes with large chunks of turnip incorporated within, steamed tofu rolls (fu jook guen), and stuffed tofu with shrimp. You generally can't go wrong with anything featuring shrimp here.
Minor complaints: the stuffed eggplant I found a little oily yet perfectly crispy-fried, and I spotted egg tarts from afar that looked quite miniature. Also, the ordering system changed recently so that you tick off items on a sheet, but it's up to you to make sure everything comes out (because they'll charge you for whatever you ordered).
Aside from dim sum, I've ordered a la carte items for lunch here as well. Serving sizes are generous, noodles crispy and delicious, and fish tender. But if you're craving dim sum, don't pass this place up. You will leave fully satisfied - often with leftovers- for about $8/pp.

Update: after visiting a slew of bad, BAD dim sum restaurants in my new hometown in North Carolina, I am almost ready to upgrade this restaurant to five stars.
