    I just have to write about this particular bank branch on Quinpool Road, because it represents the kind of banking experience that is going the way of the dodo.

    I have been banking at this branch for years. My mother banked here. My mother-in-law banks here. My sister banks here. And when I walk up to a teller to do business here, the teller usually KNOWS MY NAME, and even asks about my family.  When my Mom passed away, the teller heard about it and EXPRESSED HER CONDOLENCES.  

    Can I just say how incredible I know that is, and how much I value that kind of personal interaction!?  Everybody is friendly and they treat their customers with a level of personal service that goes above and beyond. Kudos to this branch for defying the faceless interaction that banking has become.
