    WOW amazing!

Busker fest brings buskers from all over the world and to entertain Torontonians with their wide range of talents.

    BUSKERS
My favourite was definitely "StuntDouble Circus"
    http://www.stuntdouble...

They were acrobatics that were really entertaining. Their skit had 5 sections and there was audience interaction. Their show was very fast paced and kept wowing the audience.  They nailed every act and were very gracious for donations given to them.

They even gave a free t-shirt for each $20 donation. (There are 4 guys and so they would have to split each donation 4 ways)

Some other buskers seemed to have a chip on their shoulder like the audience owed them something.  I guess it's difficult not knowing how much money people will donate and having your life depend on other people's decisions....wait a sec... all jobs are like that to a degree.

    FEE
It was FREE!! And you could choose to donate to the event. This year they were supporting epilepsy.

I think this notion of having the event free is better because then the audience feels more inclined to donate to the performers since they are not being paid by the festival.

It was a very enjoyable evening and I will definitely go next year.

From all across the Globe, they descend upon Toronto.
They unleash their brilliance, ready to fill our eyes with wonder, our souls with laughter, and take our breath away.
    The 2011 Scotiabank BUSKERFEST - August 25 - 28.
    In support of Epilepsy Toronto[1][2].
    The Buskers came to perform!

Buskerfest is one of the festivals that's fun for the whole family, especially the young or the young-at-heart.  Buskers(comedy, musicians, daredevils, magicians, dolls, clowns, acrobats, aerialists,etc...) are a talented bunch that have their act together[3].  However I can't imagine myself riding a mini-bicycle under a strange dudes crotch anytime soon{thebenshow.com}.  Maybe I can try the XL-insect{Close-Act} on stilts terrorizing the crowd.

As per Street Performances, when a crowd grows around the Performers it will be harder for the people in the back to see through.  Please let the children/elders go up to sit near the front.  Plenty of Food/Beverage options as well.  Popcorn, Lemonade, Burgers, Poutines, Beavertails, Funnel Cakes, Mango Salad, Hotdogs, etc...  Please dispose of your waste properly.

    [1] Admission donations optional.
[2] Intro(Tom Hayes) taken from Buskerfest website.  Not that creative, yet.  :P
[3] Buskers need financial support too.  Feed their jars, buckets or hats(optional of course).
