When we first moved here from Toronto, I felt like every muscle and every bone was killing me from all that packing and unpacking. Someone suggested Scotia Physiotherapy and I've never looked back.
After just a few sessions, I felt like my old self again and any time I need a quick fix, that's where I go. The staff, from reception to therapists (I've been fixed by more than one) are all awesome.
I've visited them for different reasons and after the initial screening and examining, they do therapies that include massage, accupuncture, and/or gentle chiropractic manipulations. All with a laugh and a friendly conversation.
