The best bubble tea place I have tried so far in Vancouver! Tastes like fresh fruit, and is not overly sweet. Also has a great variety.
Im on my quest to try each flavor. So far my favorites are coconut banana, papaya milk and lychee slush.
Great place to stop by this hot summer days. BTW their pearls are gorgeous! -

Pretty sure this place has changed hands as the sign now reads "Bubble King".
Sticked to the basic Taro milk tea with pearls. Standard powdered mix quality. Pearls were ok.
If memory recalls, quality was better under previous owners.
Side note: the washrooms on this level always makes me leery. Be careful of bums. -

Came here yesterday afternoon to drop off some VAFF supplies upstairs. Having read great reviews about this place I was excited to try their famous tea... but upon entering the food court I saw a gate across Sammi's counter. Darn.
Seeing movement behind the gate I walked there anyway and asked when they'd be open. The nice lady told me 'tomorrow'. Darn! She then said that for me, she'd make me something. Sweetness! Without asking what I liked she went to work, crafting a perfect tea. I expected to have mushy pearls (because aren't all old pearls mushy?) but to my surprise my milk tea with pearls was perfect. The pearls tasted fresh (not sure how she did that) and with the exception of the milk, because I am allergic but drink it anyway, I was happy with the product.
I look forward to going back and trying their fresh fruit slushies!
Now that was service... -

Located in the ghetto area of downtown, but its clean, good, and cheap. Previously Sammy's Bubble Tea, now Kings bubble tea. Would rate it 5 stars if there were more Asian flavours to choose from.

A bubble tea as a beverage while watching a movie is the best accompaniment. I always stop by this place to get their mixed berry slush with pearls. Fresh berries! The pearls are always perfectly chewy, and drink is never too sweet, and it goes well with popcorn!
Try it! -

Whenever I'm to see a film at Tinseltown, I always make sure to come a little earlier than usual so that I can hit up my favourite bubble tea joint in the city.
I've tried a lot of different bubble tea places, and this is the only one I've ever given repeat business too. Many many repeats.
Always the taro root smoothie bubble tea. So delicious and filling and the black pearls are always that right consistency.
They can be slow, so expect to wait if there's a line. They could use an extra pair of hands during the busy movie nights. -

This is my favorite bubble tea joint in Vancouver.
The bubble teas taste like they use fresh fruit vs. the artificial powders.
My favorite - the Coconut with pearls.
