I've been getting my nails done here for a while. They have an on-going 30% off promo. Irene does a great job. She's always there, she's quick! and is a delight to speak with. The last time I went in, there were two new girls working. I had an appointment but ended up waiting 40 minutes before they got to me. Unfortunately, this happens quite regularly. The lady working on my toes tore my poor feet apart! Ouch! I walked out of there bleeding in three different places. She's the cubbier one with scary make-up. If she comes to you with sharp tools, run! The lady doing my fingers was sweet but inexperienced. So, ask for Irene if you do visit this salon. I paid under $50 for a pedicure and manicure with shellac.
The guy there does great gel nails too! -

Went there to get acrylic nails done and they automatically upgraded me to gel nails. The girl doing my nails seemed new, and the process took almost 2 hours. I read that gels are not supposed to be removed easily....well they fell off 5 days later! I paid almost $40 for the full set only to have to get them redone! Avoid this place!

I got my pedicure and manicure with french tip on both. came to $35 tax and tip! They are doing a promo till June 30th 2011! amazing deal!
I have gone everywhere to get waxed and this place you have to see Irene. Clean room, and no double dipping! They dont use the same stick when they are doing private areas. No where in Richmond does this.
Highly recommend this place. They price will go back up after 1 month! I will still go back there to see them. Very clean place, big tv and very nice interior.
Check it out! -

There are like 4 new nail places opened up in Richmond downtown in the last 2 months, and this new nail place is doing 40% off opening promotion, so I had a pedicure done. The only good thing about this new nail place is that it guarantees good new nail polishes.
First sign of bad service- they overbooked; though I made an appointment, I waited for over 30 minutes. I could have left but I couldn't cause my feet were soaked in the water already- smart business.
The skill of my esthetician was poor; she was rough, I had to ask her to clean/ wipe my cuticles, so that there is no nail polish on cuticles- this is usually done automatically by an experienced esthetician. She also did not smooth out edges of my toe nails- she just cut them flat. When I asked her to smooth them out, she was not happy, spoke something in Vietnamese, and then asked her co-worker to take over. This so-worker was so careless, she messed up one of my big toe nails' polish, and even worse, she tried to do 'touch-up' instead of painting it again!! I could not believe it. I'd to tell her to please repaint. The staff is also very pushy, she asked me 3 times to upgrade to different nail service; I'd to tell her I'd no time because they delayed my service!
This is one of the worse one I'd been to, no customer service at all, I would not go back.
