Stopped in for lunch twice recently. Pretty decent, nothing amazing, but everything was pretty good.
Had chili garlic shrimp on rice with steamed veggies (nice, light, refreshing) and then on another day tried the salad wrap and then my friend and I had two types of their pho. The salad wrap and dipping sauce is the best I've had in Victoria (although the wrap was a bit on the small side). I got a more traditional beef pho while my friend had the spicy lemongrass pho. My pho was above average though not as good as another pho place near by, my friend's pho looked nuclear spicy (we like hot food, but it looked deadly), turns out it wasn't actually that hot (I had to try a slurp or two), totally different taste from what I'm used to, but not bad nonetheless.
You can fill up at Saigon Harbour and wont be left feeling heavy, slow or lethargic. Everything seems fresh and the flavours are all pretty good. Overall it's a good value with above average quality food.
