This places deserves 6 stars!
We enjoyed melt-in-your-mouth beef tenderloin, smoked salmon + cream cheese, salads, fried chicken...And dessert! They had Frost doughnuts, bites of cheesecake, rice krispy treats, soft serve ice cream and big bowls of fresh berries and whipped cream! Loved grabbing a cotton candy on the way out :)
The view from those seats is unreal. Loved it! -

Holy. Shit.
These tickets were literally forced on me despite my feeble protestations of having to go home and make dinner. "I don't even like baseball!" I said.
My cries were not listened to and a parking pass and the promise of free food swayed me so off to the game we went.
Again: Holy. Shit.
We walked in the door and were greeted by someone who asked if we'd been before. We said no and he took us aside to give us a mini-orientation, explaining where things were, how everything worked and that everything - yes, everything, including the bar - was free.
Left to our own devices, we wandered through the food area taking a little of everything. There were plenty of vegetarian options and everything I tried was delicious. Word on the street is that the food changes nightly (it must, otherwise those season ticket holders would get pretty bored) but my favorite food on the night I went was the mushroom potato gratin. The cheese plate wasn't bad either!
After we went to our seats - our seats where we could have struck up a conversation with Ichiro as he was waiting for his turn at bat - we saw that we could order more food and drink simply by filling out a slip of paper and handing it to stadium staff. Even though I don't follow baseball very well, sitting SO CLOSE to the action was intoxicating and I found myself actually CARING about what was going on. (Or at least trying to figure out what all of the numbers on the scoreboard meant.)
I often ponder the concept of having millions of dollars and think that aside from decking out my kitchen and maybe going on a few trips, I wouldn't know what to do with the money. Now, however, I'm definitely adding "diamond club season tickets" to my millionaire wish list! -

Who says foie gras and America's Favorite Pasttime don't go hand-in-hand? Certainly not the geniuses that invented the Mariners Diamond Club!
You can indulge in these seats if you have money coming out your ears, or if your friends get free tickets from their boss and invite you along. They cost crazy chips... we're talkin $300 a seat... but they're the best in the house. Right behind home plate where you get to see all the action.
You arrive at the stadium an hour or so ahead of game time. That's when you get to partake of the BUFFET. I usually hate buffets, but I have to admit, this one is pretty damn good. Carving stations, pasta station, roasted beet salad, heirloom tomatoes, cheesecake, and yes, foie gras.
And they've got all the snacks too: pretzels, cracker jacks, peanuts, popcorn and soft serve. And all the drinkys too: beer, wine, cocktails, sodas, coffee, tea and agua.
Service can't be beat. Pretty much whatever your heart desires can be found at the Diamond Club.
Your ticket is all-inclusive, so drink up! -

Uh... duh! It's as good as it gets, Baby! I don't even want to know the person who gives it anything less.
You walk in a separate entrance where you're directed to a private area where an elegantly lit room with tables and tables of gourmet foods beckon. The meat selection included rack of lamb, spare ribs, grilled salmon, roasted turkey.... Side dishes included augratin potatoes with portabella mushrooms.. . And the only salad I can remember (I made about 4 return trips for this one) is the spinach Caesar salad with shaved parmesan cheese... Desserts, you ask? How about some bread pudding with Jack Daniels sauce? The tremendous wait staff is right there to grab your empty plate or fetch a drink from the bar. Drinks, you ask? Just belly up and request your favorite from the vast selection of brews, liquors and wines. Did I mention the food is included with the price of your baseball ticket?! That's right -- all-inclusive food and drink.
When you're ready to head out to your seat, get ready to be amazed. It doesn't get any better than behind the batter's box. And when you feel a rumble in your tummy (probably indigestion at this point, and you really should stop) and want some more, just make your selection from the limited stadium menu and hand it to the waitress at the end of the aisle. This is living!
This was such a treat. I can't wait to do it again! -

You are treated extremely well by the staff at the Diamond Club. I would recommend this at least once, but more so, recommend season tickets if you can!. The seats are amazing (get the ones not behind the net). The view is awesome. It's just an A+ experience. -

The filet mignon of baseball tickets... diamond club seats. You have your own little seperate entrance, a private bar, a huge buffet and the best seats in the house. These are the best seats in the house not just because of the amazing views afforded here but the seats are actually freaking comfortable! The drinks are not bad either, and the buffet food ranged from amazing chicken to rather sad country fried steak but it might have just been an off day so I'm not going to kill em for it. The people are outrageously nice and amazingly helpful.
If you ever get an opportunity to go see a baseball game like this... go, its a whole different ball game down there.Listed in: Best of My Best

Free food and booze and the best seats in the stadium... What's not to love? Oh yeah, being hungover at SeaTac the next morning when your flight gets delayed and you spend 2 hours standing in the customer service line to get rebooked. No fault of the Diamond Club though!
