Safari Pet Centre is a franchise based in Quebec and now starting to open up stores in Ontario.
When I first walked by.. I am not even sure that it is a pet store with the Easter Island's statues and the fake stone facade.
The store carries merchandise similar to PJ Pets and Pet Smart. However, they do have a great selections of birds, guinea pigs and mouses. They do sell dogs and cats.. which I am not too crazy about. However the kennels they are staying in looks nice and clean and they all quite happy.
The prices are reasonable for dog food and treats. They carries the better food brand like Merrick and Wellness , etc. I ended up buying a bag of Salmon treats for Momo.
They accepts all credit cards and interac but AMEX.Listed in: A Day in Vaughan!, Business Where My Dog Uses!

Buy your pets at a legitimate registered breeder that care for the well being of the animal not a store front like this who just wants to profit.
The prices they charge are exorbitant. -

For everyone saying that safari cramps their dogs into those small boxes, I haven't seen a pet store with bigger ones, and I also know that the staff do walk and play with the dogs and cats. And also, how else would you sell a dog without putting them into some sort of small room? And yea occasionally you will see a puppy that looks upset or tired but if you know anything about dogs you would know it probably tired itself out playing.
