This experience made me so grateful for the concept of yelp, as I would have had no clue otherwise where to turn to for quality upholstery cleaning.
We were able to book an appointment quickly (vital as my hubby had accidentally spilled red Gatorade on the couch. Ack! ). The day of, Kia was running behind by 20 minutes and he considerately called to let us know. He said he wasn't sure if they would be able to pull out ALL of the red stain, but promised to do their best.
The couch is spotless! I am very sensitive to chemicals, even "green choice" products at times...but was pleasantly surprised to find that the 'safe choice' products Royas uses are truly non-invasive. No headache. Yay!
We cannot believe that Royas offers such professional, competitive services for such affordable prices. I had compared prices with other leading companies and Royas cost almost 50% less.
Kia called the next day to ask if we were still happy with the job. Wow, customer service is not dead :) I have been recommending Royas to all my friends and will stick with them from now on! -

Great customer service.
The day before my original appointment with Royas, they called me to say that one of their equipments broke down and had to reschedule. They were super, super apologetic about it and they rescheduled catering to my needs.
When they actually came, they again apologized profusely, and they offered a discount without me asking for it. I got 3 or 4 quotes before I chose Royas, so I knew Royas was already one of the most economical vendors. The discount made it even cheaper! On top of all that, they did an excellent job cleaning the carpet. I was most satisfied with their service. -

Best carpet cleaners I have ever had the pleasure of using -- and I have two cats who like to barf regularly on my near-white carpets!
The owner himself both answered the phone and came on the job itself.
I opted for a full deep cleaning, including upholstery. They were here a while because I could tell they were taking extra care with things. The carpet came out -- and I am not exaggerating here -- looking brand new. Remember, this was a carpet with high traffic and old cat stains everywhere.
And when one small spot was missed, they came back quickly and fixed it without charge.
I would use these guys again in a heartbeat. -

BEST BEST BEST carpet cleaners ! enough said!
I was amazed by both the service and results!
I wasn't expecting too much since my carpet was really worn out, old and dirty... however, Royas managed to revive it as if they were almost new again !!! with no chemical or hardly any scents at all in the air !
also their working attitude and they way they handle all the procedures and tasks were excellent as well; Very professional and responsible with extra care.
Royas would probably be the only carpet cleaning company I would recommend after today.

Roya's made this as pleasant as a carpet cleaning experience could be.
I booked online and got a confirmation call back from Kia, the owner, right away. An initial problem was solved deftly by excellent customer service. An hour before my appointment Kia called and reported an equipment malfunction so they were unable to come to clean my carpet as scheduled. For my inconvenience he offered me a 30% discount and we rescheduled.
Kia and his assistant arrived promptly at the appointed time and spent the next couple hours restoring some soiled carpets back to their former glory. The products that they use are "green" so it is a major way for me to reduce broad chemical exposure to my family and pets.
I have already booked my next appointment for 6 months from now! -

I chose to book Roya's because they were eco-friendly in their use of products, and my cat enjoys eating, drinking, and chewing on just about anything she can - including our carpet.
There was a mis-understanding at one point. My appointment was for a friday, and Roya's called me thursday to confirm. I had a busy day and failed to call back. When they didn't hear from me by Friday, they cancelled the appointment as per their policy. I'd somehow not caught that detail in the booking process.
Roya's was very concerned when I was upset that I had lost my appointment and explained their policy to me. I was very choked on the phone because I had an open house the next day. The staff on the phone was very patient, understanding, and professional through the whole conversation. They seemed to be very concerned that I had not understood the confirmation/cancellation policy and did their best to console me - including calling a different company and offering to pay the difference. (the company, however, was also booked full).
We re-booked for a week later. They arrived promptly, were very polite, and did an excellent job. My white carpets were in terrible shape and now they look spectacular. They also took care of some deep stains for a very reasonable price, and moved light furniture around for me free of charge.
As they are a busy company, make sure you reconfirm 24 hours beforehand. My two rooms took 45 minutes.

I found Royas Carpet Cleaning on yelp when trying to find some natural carpet cleaning alternatives and they were the only listing that had consistent high reviews.
They were a lot more professional than most trades or service people that I have experienced in a very long time which is rare. I had low standards 'cause let's face it, we've all been disappointed by service companies on more than one occasion. They were above and beyond in terms of customer service which was awesome.
Even though it was very short notice, they had no problem booking me in and had a good attitude to match.
They returned my call promptly to book an appointment, which never happens with me. They called to remind me of my appointment, which never happens to me. They called to say that they would be delayed, which never happens to me. They also arrived on time....which rarely happens for anyone.
The technician answered all my questions and informed me of what he had done and how he had done it. By informing me, he made me feel involved with the process. Apparently there were a lot of bodily fluids on the floor in some spots which needed extra treating. I was too embarrassed to say that 8 plus years of having sex can leave some spillage on the floor. Moving forward I will make sure to have some handy wipes on hand.
They quoted a very reasonable price on the phone, however, I noticed that they went above and beyond and threw in some extra services without charging. The fact that they tried very hard to get certain stains out rather than just doing a once over was awesome. I have had companies who were lazy and did this. -

After hiring Roya based on stellar reviews, I was impressed with the length of time they spent working on my carpets but disappointed that not all my stains came up and that I seemed to have new ones. Kia called me the day after I posted a review to that effect and explained the new stains were likely from their hose and offered to come fix them. He also sent me a certificate good for 1/2 the value of my cleaning to put towards future business. It was nice to see how seriously they take customer service and I would go back to them again because of that.

The guys at Royas did a fantastic job of cleaning the carpets at my old apartment before I moved, and their prices can't be beat. For $60, they did a deep cleaning of all the carpeted areas in my 625 square foot apartment, and they also took the time to clean all the baseboards. It was SO much appreciated during the most stressful move of my life!
The customer service at Royas is great. There was a little hiccup when they came to clean my apartment -the buzzer at my building wasn't working, and they had recorded my cell phone number down incorrectly, so the guys couldn't get in touch with me when they arrived and ended up leaving. When I called to follow up, they apologized, got my phone number again, and they made sure to book another appointment for the same day since I had to vacate my suite for the next tenants. I was so impressed that they were willing to come back the same evening to get the job done.
These guys work really hard, and they definitely deserve all the 5 star reviews. -

Kia, the owner, provides great customer service. He is very responsible in taking care of all the corners and trustworthy in confirming the appointment time. He is also willing to provide extra care to stains and followed up for my apartment to make sure the stain didn't come back.
I recommend his company because of his attitude, customer service and reasonable price. I also appreicate that he uses green products and there isn't any harsh chemical smell. -

I stumbled upon Roya's Carpet Cleaning Service while researching for affordable 'Green' carpet and upholstery services on Google.
Kianosh (business owner) was wonderful, prompt, and offered exceptional cleaning services using biodegradable cleaning agents.
He called to confirm our appointment and sent me a follow-up email to be sure that I was happy with the results.
Additionally, he offers first time clients 20% off, and left me with another coupon for my next cleaning service.
I would recommend Roya's Carpet Cleaning Services to anyone who is tired of over-priced, tardy and non-thorough cleaning (I've had that unfortunate experience myself).

I got a new rental studio in Burnaby. Unfortunately when I moved in, I realized my landlord had just bleached my place, and he even bleached the thick carpet! I got a headache smelling the bleach just by being in the rental for merely two hours.
Out of desperation (I have signed the lease without knowning the landlord has bleached the place), I found Roya's on Yelp and hope he could help me to totally extract out the bleach and deordorate the place with minimal harmful chemicals.
Kia (the owner) did a fantastic job, and also he followed up. Kia is totally understanding and caring and making sure his service is impecctable.
I finally moved into my rental two days ago and did not smell the bleach any more.
I would recommend Roya's service to any one!
