This is an excellent animal clinic which will always hold a special place in my heart because this is where I adopted my newest baby, my little mackeral tabby kitten!
I've been a client here for a few years and every time I go in its a great experience. All of my cats have been rescue cats so they all needed immediate medical attention when I first brought them home, the vets here were wonderful and even put together welcome gifts for all my new bundles of joy! All the vets I've dealt with have taken the time to answer all my questions and make many suggestions for keeping my cats healthy. They also always give them little bags of catnip which keep them occupied through the visit.
A few months ago I was faced with the hard news of having to put one of my cats down. The staff there were very sympathetic and supportive through the entire process and even sent a sympathy card a few days afterwards. They definitely helped so much through what was a very difficult time.
Overall an excellently run business with people who really care about thier clients! -

This is Malik's vet! They are simply fantastic here!
Also, there is a wonderful Tassimo-type espresso machine in the waiting area - a free treat for pet owners! The first time you can take one of their FABULOUS jumbo mugs home too!
PLUS the vets and staff are all the sweetest people you will ever meet! They don't force anything, giving you all the options and letting make the decisions. (For instance, the try to offer a range of prices on similar products.) So far we have seen Dr. Annelle Valentin and Dr. Suzie Jerabek and they were both amazing.
From talking to other pet owners, I understand that there are many other less expensive options out there, but I would rather pay a bit more for the best service!
They offer all medical services, including emergency care and surgery, as well as grooming and boarding. They have a small retail area in the clinic as well.
One of my favourite things is the report card we receive at the end of the appointment telling us how Malik is doing, with any concerns highlighted in red. I also love that they keep a photo file of each patient!
