Real Estate Agents are plentiful nowadays.
But when you get one that's good, you have to hold on for dear life.
I find it's good to have both a knowledgeable agent of the area, but someone that's going to look for your best interests. All too many time agents are looking out for the bottom line...and in the real estate world that's a commission check.
I used this office to both buy and sell my place in the beaches. That goes to show that I was satisfied with the work they did for us - even though they interrupted me on my vacation to close the deal!
An amazing agent is Miranda McKenna at this office. The great thing about her is that she also stages homes. So if your looking to maximize the selling potential of your house, its a great service to use.
The best sales lead of an agent is the referral, and I would definitely refer Miranda and the folks down at Royal Lepage Estate in the Beach! -

i have dealt with two real estate agents at this location, and they were both awesome and helpful. their names are amy polson and mike barbieri. it happened that they both helped us to look for our house and have since kept us up to date with neighbourhood and housing information.
amy was going on vacation and asked mike to fill in. he immediately found a bunch of places for us to see and was replete with answers to the newbie homeowner questions we had. he even recommended an electrician, places to buy windows, etc.
amy ended up bookending the experience and as our primary real estate agent has always been very open with us, helpful and warm. she even sent us a little housewarming present!
it seems that this location has agents that are very concerned with customer service and efficiency and i would recommend it to anyone.
